The location is good, quiet in the bustling city, next door is the town center, and the bus station is a five-minute walk away.
The breakfast is also good, the eggplant 🍆 is delicious 😋
The room is normal, but the ceiling of our room is dusty and the facilities are a bit old. The bed is damp and the room has a bit of odor. It is an artificial cave hotel, not a real cave hotel.

The location is a bit of a walk from the downtown area. However, it is very close to the bus stop, so transportation is convenient.
The service is generally satisfactory. It was clean and the room was very warm. However, the shower was slightly broken. Other than that I am very satisfied. Next time I come to Goreme, I want to come again.

One of the hotel staff is quite rude and doesn't even offer a simple smile to the guests. The room smells funny and the floor has constant sand falling from the ceiling. The sand from the ceiling falls to the beds too. Can you imagine how uncomfortable it is to sleep having sand falling to your face?!! I don't think other Cave Hotel in Goreme will have constant sand falling off the ceiling. The only decent thing about this hotel is its breakfast. Otherwise please look for a different Cave Hotel if u plan to come to Cappadocia.

The hotel is very distinctive, it feels like living in a grotto; but the facilities are complete, including shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, and disposable slippers; the hotel's buffet breakfast is also good
