As a Platinum member of several international hotel brands, this stay exceeded my expectations in terms of service quality, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. The hotel is ideally located near Sunset Point and within a five-minute walk of the center of Göreme, offering both convenience and a peaceful setting. The reception team was professional and proactive, providing comprehensive local information with a hand-drawn map highlighting dining, shopping, sightseeing, and outdoor activities. Special recognition goes to Rose for her outstanding support and thoughtful itinerary planning. The hotel welcomes guests from around the world, and the staff demonstrates a strong capability in international service standards. Their English proficiency is excellent, and they show genuine cultural awareness and patience toward guests who do not speak English, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for visitors of all backgrounds. The cave-style room was comfortable and well designed, with efficient underfloor heating. Staff members kindly assisted with luggage, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the stay. The restaurant offers a daily changing menu with consistently high-quality food. The rooftop bar is a separate venue, featuring three distinct terraces. One terrace is enclosed with a transparent cover, allowing guests to enjoy the space comfortably even during the winter months. Thanks to the hotel’s elevated position, the rooftop bar provides stunning nighttime views over Göreme, while Sunset Point is also within easy walking distance. The hotel’s Turkish bath and spa facilities are elegant and well maintained, with professional and attentive staff delivering a relaxing experience. When an issue arose with a pre-booked horseback riding activity, the hotel team promptly assisted in reorganizing our plans. Rose redesigned a walking route covering the Göreme Open-Air Museum, Rose Valley, and Sword Valley, transforming a potential disappointment into a memorable highlight of our trip. On the day of departure for Istanbul, the hotel staff personally came out to see us off, a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. Highly recommended, and I would be pleased to stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia. The first thing that stands out is the gorgeous, panoramic views—truly some of the best you’ll find in the area. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the scenery feels magical. The overall vibe of the property is warm, relaxing, and uniquely Cappadocian, with a charming blend of cave-style architecture and cozy touches. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even though there’s no elevator, they were quick to help with luggage and anything else we needed. If you’ve arranged your own tours or airport pick-ups, you only need to tell them your room number—they handle the call for you, which is incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the free water available at reception, a small but thoughtful detail. Another highlight: the pets! The resident doggos and cattos add so much personality and comfort to the place. They’re friendly, cute, and honestly part of the hotel’s charm. The room and common areas were very clean, and the property has a unique character that sets it apart from more standard hotels. Cons (more observations than complaints): Many locals in the area smoke, which can be uncomfortable for non-smokers or anyone with allergies—not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning for sensitive travelers. The hotel lists a spa, but during our stay we weren’t offered any spa products or services. We were interested, but ended up booking a massage at a nearby place instead. The restaurant didn’t have its grill available while we were there, which meant three of the main dishes were unavailable—a bit disappointing. Not a downside, but good to know: it’s cheaper to book directly with the hotel, so definitely check that before reserving through third-party sites. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The views, staff, cleanliness, and the adorable pets make this place truly special. If you appreciate beautiful scenery and warm hospitality, this hotel is a great choice.

It is a very fantastic hotel. Good view to see the city. Very amazing rooftop restaurant and bar. Very good and tasty breakfast. Service is good as reception called to tell my driver arrived and helped to carry luggage. Spacious, clean, tidy hotel room with jacuzzi, soft drinks, and red wine.

Views from the hotel are astounding both early in the morning with the Hot Air Balloons and in the evening at golden hour.
