I chose this hotel for a family trip, and it's beautiful with a delicious breakfast. The shower stall not having a door was a bit inconvenient, but it was warm and spacious, giving it a different feel from a typical hotel.

Room was spacious and comfy but the room we were given (underground cave) didn’t have WiFi signal, whenever we wanted to get some wifi we had to go to sit outside the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cave hotel. It was a unique experience paired with outstanding customer service. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Upon an unexpectedly early arrival, we were offered a complimentary breakfast. The room was serviced and cleaned on a regular basis and the location was walking distances from majority of the Goreme hotspots.

This hotel is run by a family. When I reach there it was 7 in the morning and the room was not ready yet. The weather was so cold. The receptionist invited me to have a breakfast while waiting for the room and best of all, it FREE OF CHARGE. The breakfast was good. The whole family was so friendly and treated me very well.
Location wise, considered its in the centre of Goreme town. 400m from the bus station.
Room was clean and very cozy. Huge too!

The hotel looks just like the photos: clean, with complimentary bottled water in the room and daily housekeeping. As many reviews have noted, the internet in the room is spotty or occasionally drops out, but this didn't detract from the overall experience. Checking out at 11:00 AM was inconvenient, which is a real downside. Another disappointment, according to the same reviews, was a somewhat "non-customer-focused" attitude. Considering it's a family hotel, you'd expect more warmth from the staff, especially considering I arrived with my family while pregnant and requested a late checkout. My birthday and honeymoon requests were also ignored.
Some bathroom amenities (shower) are tired and need replacing, and the mattress and pillows are uncomfortable (my husband developed a stiff neck the next morning). The breakfast was decent, but considering the small number of guests, it could be improved, such as making scrambled eggs or making Turkish coffee upon request. Overall, the experience was quite positive.
