The room was amazing and it was a great experience to stay in a cave. We had wifi issues throughout the stay plus could find much cheaper property options nearby. Overal just for the experience of staying in a cave, it’s fine but would definitely encourage to look at other options as well.

We arrived at the hotel at 5 AM, and they actually let us check in early! The soundproofing was great, and it felt really cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Room was spacious and comfy but the room we were given (underground cave) didn’t have WiFi signal, whenever we wanted to get some wifi we had to go to sit outside the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cave hotel. It was a unique experience paired with outstanding customer service. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Upon an unexpectedly early arrival, we were offered a complimentary breakfast. The room was serviced and cleaned on a regular basis and the location was walking distances from majority of the Goreme hotspots.

Nice hotel, especially the heated floors in the bathroom 👍🏻 There was tea/coffee/water, and the breakfast was filling, but the toaster didn't work. No dampness. It's a wonderful experience. It's a 10-minute walk to the observation deck overlooking the valley and the hot air balloons.

The hotel looks just like the photos: clean, with complimentary bottled water in the room and daily housekeeping. Checking out at 11:00 AM was inconvenient, which is a real downside. Another disappointment, according to the same reviews, was a somewhat "non-customer-focused" attitude. Considering it's a family hotel, you'd expect more warmth from the staff, especially considering I arrived with my family while pregnant and requested a late checkout. My birthday and honeymoon requests were also ignored. Some bathroom amenities (shower) are tired and need replacing, and the mattress and pillows are uncomfortable (my husband developed a stiff neck the next morning). The breakfast was decent, but considering the small number of guests, it could be improved, such as making scrambled eggs or making Turkish coffee upon request.
