not bad. The price is cheap and the room is very big. Unexpected. I will stay here next time I come. I originally booked another home on Ctrip, but the room was gone after I arrived. I changed to this one, and the result was completely better than the previous one. The service and hygiene and the room are also available. . awesome

Located on the mountainside, the view is good. The room was clean and tidy. But the color is grey and it feels cold. Convenient transportation. There is no WiFi signal in the room, so you have to stand at the door. The front desk reception service is also very warm and thoughtful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was nice and clean. We really liked the shared terrace. Nice place for your morning tea. The free breakfast was also nice with lots of variety. The hotel was very quick to answer my questions before we came. They were helpful in making reservations at Dibek for us. We decided to leave early since our balloon was canceled and they were quick to change our hotel to airport shuttle times. My only complaint was that the room was fairly warm. But I think it is because of the structure of the cave hotel

nobody cared about us. There was no hospitality at all. The breakfast was very bad. The rooms are incredibly bad, everything is old. There were 3 hangers in the wardrobe and they broke when I picked them up.

Jacuzzi is not working properly and the water has a strong smell.
Noise from neighbors in our room when taking the shower. Air conditioning not working properly, away from the center hole in the towel. Lots of negative things.
