El hotel es precioso de noche con todas las luces, la habitación fue todo lo q necesitabamos, limpia, buen espacio con baño privado y calientita (cuando fuimos hacía bastante frío) El desayuno estuvo super y nos organizaron el tour y el traslado de salida, todo salió perfecto. Quedamos encantados gracias a nuestros hosts!! Super recomiendo el hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days.. rooms were stinky and very basic, toilets were unclean.. there was hardly any staff and answer to every question was a no, we don’t have. The owner was rude and racist against Indians (2 female travellers).. Please avoid booking this hotel any any cost..

Il faut avouer que les chambres ne ressemblent pas vraiment aux photos, et la robinetterie laissait à désirer... Ceci dit, nous ne regrettons absolument pas d'y avoir passé deux nuits car l'accueil était extraordinaire ! Ils sont chaleureux, disponibles, arrangeants... Si c'était à refaire, nous ne changerions pas ! Tout dépend de ce qu'on recherche !

When you check the hotel on tripadvisor, you will clearly see that there is a car parking lot, but when you arrive at the hotel, you may encounter a surprise. Everything will be fine when you stay at the hotel, but it will be a problem for the hotel owner to put your luggage in your car when you leave the hotel and you will be scolded by a careless rude person at 6 in the morning. I made a mistake, ı've choosen this place clearly not recommended

Absolutely one of the best places to stay in Goreme, just off the main circus, we stayed in one of the cave rooms, just perfect, comfortable bed, excellent shower - needed after various excursions - hiking, horse riding and atv's can get very dusty! The staff where exceptional! Can't say enough about them, from sorting out horse rinding, ballon rides (when all companies where full!) to general hotel queries, etc, would defiantly return to and recommend staying there again!! Desde el primer momento contacté con ellos para que me ayudasen a reservar los tour, transfer y el globo, me ayudaron siempre sin problema, me consiguieron excelentes precios y nos ayudaron siempre que necesitamos cualquier cosa. Habitación con relación calidad precio buena. El personal excelente, sobre todo el chico de la recepción y el dueño.

Estadía horrible. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie. Me tocó una habitación por demas estrecha. No suficiente con ello , internamente, toda la instalación electrica muy precaria e insegura , sin lugar para nada, sin aire acondicionado, con paredes irregulares mal terminadas, como el cuarto de una pensión primitiva. El baño, de dimensiones mínimas e incómodo. Por favor, no vayan aquí, hay otras alternativas. Confieso que me equivoqué muy feo. Me retiré un día antes, ya no aguantaba mas.

Good location and decent views from rooftop. Breakfast okay. We booked green tour via the hotel staff which was very good. But poor facilities and cleanliness. The cleanliness was below standard - It was not cleaned before and during our stay. The floor was dirty and dusty. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned - dirty towel on the floor was placed on the hanger by housekeeping. Ants in the bedroom and on the bed. No ‘do not disturb’ sign. In summary, good location but wouldn’t go again.

This hotel was a good experience the rooms were very clean the staff were very friendly the owner helped us booking all attractions. The view from the top roof was wonderful the breakfast was excellent this is a great hotel to stay with friends and family. Thanks for your help. We did the check out at 11am and the owner allowed to stay at property till my pick up time that was at 630pm. I recommend you this hotel was excellent. Thanks caravanserai cave hotel. 🙏
