Advantages:
1. All the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and provide good service.
2. The location is very good, and the view of the whole town is great.
Disadvantages:
1. Maybe because it is a cave hotel, it cannot be renovated, the overall feeling is dim, and many details are dirty.
2. Going to bed is like an emperor ascending the throne, you have to climb a very high step, and it is easy to fall at night.

Good location, greeted with complimentary wine and fruit, very tasty breakfast, beautiful view and friendly staff, one thing but there were no bathrobes in the room, they asked to bring them, unfortunately there were none.

The Sultan Cave Suites were absolutely beautiful!!! The service was great, the breakfast was lovely and the view magnificent. Everything was clean and cozy. It was a fairly easy walk into town to the restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel service is great, every waiter is very kind. They helped carry the suitcases and basically responded to every request. But the sound insulation of the room doors and windows is too poor. Basically, you can clearly hear anyone talking outside.

I’m stayed with family at family suite with 2 bedrooms plus spacious living room. Super nice Hot Air Balloon & sunrise viewing in the morning. Very attentive, polite and friendly hotel specially compliment to both Zeynep & Mensure. Both are lovely ladies.Thank you once again for everything during our stay . Highly recommend hotel if you going to Cappadocia.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied, but it's best to let the store staff carry your luggage up and down. The restaurant is very good, with first-class scenery, first-class food, and average service. It's not very welcoming, so you have to take the initiative to find it. The room below where I stayed had great bath water, like a private bath.
