Nice hotel nearby the bus terminal. Only 5mins walk from goreme bus terminal. I accidentally book a budget room that has no ac and fan. But turns out its fine because at night cappadocia is not that hot.

The most amazing part was their hosts Kader and Kareem. And their chef. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Room was also big and well ventilated and had a balcony too. The balloon view in the morning was also very clear and cherry on top. We complained about the lack of lighting in the room and they fixed it quickly.
The only downside is probably their bit old furniture and overall ambiance but I’m pretty happy with it overall.

be careful they give different prices from the prices listed on *********, I stayed from 27-1 January. they gave different prices from what I paid on the website, their reason was because it was New Year and they had not updated the prices. I felt cheated by the hotel by paying almost 300$ more for 5 nights.

Room and toilet are large. However, the carpet has a noticeable stain and half of the lamps were working. Fortunately, heater worked well during winter.
They didn't automatically clean my room everyday and I'm dissatisfied with this. But, I think they will if you specifically go to the receptionist to request for it.
