The hotel staff were all so kind, which I really appreciated! They helped us arrange the hot air balloon tour and horseback riding experience, which were both great value and excellent service. I'd love to stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable, and the basic amenities were good. The hotel also had a nice local charm. My only complaints are that the bathroom had a slight odor and wasn't well-ventilated, but other than that, I highly recommend this place! It's a shame I missed breakfast as my flight was at 8:30 AM and breakfast only started at 8:00 AM.

Location within walking distance to the city. Helpful staff, Clean, room space is quite laege. They help to booked a Balloon tour with a good price. The lady from breakfast room is provided the best service. Breakfast is commons but fine enough.

First of all, the location is great. It is in Goreme, although a few minutes walk to the centre, so that means you wont be disturbed by the noise at night.
The receptionists were helpful, breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and cozy and same as described in photos. We had an amazing stay, we felt right at home. We also had very good sleeps here. The heater worked amazing, we didn’t feel cold at all although it was snowing heavily outside.
Will definitely come back again in the future.

This place very near from the bus station. Just walk about 4 minutes. Breakfast so delicious and they have plenty of choice. The receptionist so friendly and helpful.
