Room is spacious. Reception staff were very friendly and responsive in our inquiries. Expect your room to be cleaned on a daily as they do housekeeping and top up your toiletries daily which is amazing. The place is quiet new. No issue with the hot water aswell. Breakfast was amazing. Head to the roof top where the jacuzzi is. You can have a great view of the balloon up in the air early in the morning.

Cratus stone palace was one of the best hotels which I would recommend to every one visiting Cappadocia. The hotel was very clean , the reception staffs were all very helpful , trustworthy and friendly.The view from the hotel was mesmerising and the food menu was awesome as well.Our room was very well-maintained and came with all the amenities.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and we were very satisfied by the extraordinary customer service.The staff helped us even in booking all activities at affordable rates.As this hotel is located in the city, all the activities were located nearby.We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book the same in future as it was our best stay till date.

Amazing. Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, clean neat rooms. The breakfast is outstanding and the view on the rooftop for the hot air balloons was great! Also it’s centrally located so you can walk to amazing restaurants in the area. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed at Cratus Suite - nice balcony and had a balloon view. Luxury hotel with nice big bathroom. Breakfast is rich. Tried dinner also - nice selection of wines is a plus. Location is a big plus also. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.
