The room we were given was quite small & 'hidden'. There is only a very small window, hence doesnt get much sunlight. Their dining area on the 2nd floor is relaxing through. Breakfast is buffet style.

Hotel is original cave hotel also very silent and location is great room is also good to stay but only food is not up too mark rest all good special hotel roof top is very good view

Great hotel with wonderful service.
Good location
Amazing cave design with sofa chair, tables, TV, AC, bathtub etc.
There are balconies outside which is so.perfect to view morning balloons.
Also the reception man very handsome🙈
what's more they have the laundry service.

Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen übertroffen - es ist absolut zentral gelegen, jedoch ein paar Meter abseits der Hauptstraße, sodass es ruhig ist. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch derFrühstücksraum und alle übrigen Bereiche sind sauber, einladend und liebevoll gestaltet. Besonders angetan hat es uns die Etage über dem Frühstücksraum - bei den großen, geöffneten Fenstern zu frühstücken war ein Traum. Das Frühstück selbst bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt- jeden Tag andere, frische Salate und Eierspeisen werden ebenfalls frisch und äußerst schmackhaft zubereitet. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt; zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit wurde uns sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit weitergeholfen. So wurde uns unter anderem unser Shuttle von und zum Flughagen Kayseri organisiert und ebenfalls auch zwei Plätze für einen Ballonflug. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt haben wir gespürt, dass alle, die dort arbeiten, an unserem Wohlbefinden interessiert waren. Die Zimmer sind äußerst originell eingerichtet und gestaltet - wie man es sich von einem Hotel in Göreme vorstellt. Unser Zimmer war das Zimmer „Salon“, wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt- ausreichend Platz, Fenster, gemütlich und ein großes Badezimmer. Oben auf der Terrasse hätte man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die morgendlichen Ballonflüge; dies haben wir allerdings nicht nutzen können, da in unserem Zeitraum die Ballonflüge nur an dem Tag stattfanden, an dem wir selbst geflogen sind. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit :)
