Great place to stay.. services and reception was so amazing..

Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing stay at Kelebek. Everyone at the hotel were so helpful and always greeted us with a smile. There's also a shortcut to get to the town center within 10 minutes. Lastly the hotel has terraces on opposite sides so you won't miss the balloons regardless of the route they take (which depends on the wind direction on the day). The rooms are very special, they kept the original feel of the cave with modern bathroom fixtures. Special shoutout to Honur, Mehmed and Gokhan!

Hotel is perfect! The staff is very polite and professional. Firstly they made a hotel tour to introduce the place upon our arrival, then try to prepare the room for us before the early check in time. The food and view in the terrace restaurant is so nice, the hotel is definitely a good place for vocation! We enjoy our stay very much in the hotel!

The location of the hotel is OK, but I left my phone in the hotel and they said they couldn't find it. Because I didn't go anywhere, I went from one hotel to another, so I must have dropped it somewhere on the bed. I was very depressed! I felt that the Turkish people were very dishonest. I was cheated by the driver twice in Istanbul, so I rented a car in Cappadocia, but my phone was missing. The cleaner told me kindly that he didn't see it, but I didn't believe it at all. It happened that my phone didn't have roaming signal, and there was no Internet connection and the iPhone couldn't locate it, otherwise I would definitely confront them. The breakfast was OK. The platform for watching hot air balloons was reserved by someone to propose marriage, and they didn't let me go up, but there were plenty of places to watch.

Rich breakfast, excellent location, warm service attitude, sufficient heating, clean room, I wanted to stay for one day and then extended it for another day! Very good!

The old furniture is still in good use, the faucets have not been renovated... There is no extra electrical socket for the guests, the lights are dim, and the space is too small.
