We booked a family room and the room was spacious for 4 pax. The room with 2 twin beds was cold in winter despite turning on the air con.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient for us.

I booked a good room type, but was given a worse one. I can't rule out the possibility of discrimination. Thankfully, Trip.com's customer service was very dedicated and actively communicated with the hotel. Although the hotel was uncooperative and didn't respond, Trip.com still refunded the price difference as compensation, which was very helpful!

Good experience, was nice to stay but we booked the room with jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was a bit dirty ( some hairs going out the holes, and the bubble didn’t work that much like no pressure) so it was more like a bathtub than a jacuzzi which was a bit disappointing. But the staff was great and the breakfast was better than what we had before.
