For 5 days of our trip to Cappadocia with a friend, the Avilla Cave Hotel was chosen. In general, hotels in Goreme in a rock with a panoramic platform have the word “Cave” in their name, which means that this hotel is located in a cave. Our room also had its own terrace, on which we could happily relax and admire the unique view of the city. Breakfast was served downstairs in the room, but no one forbade us to take food and go to the common terrace, which is what we did. Breakfast was quite varied: vegetables, pastries, flatbreads, all kinds of cheeses, tea and coffee. A woman in the kitchen was preparing a hot omelet. The room has a large, clean bathroom. The owner, Metin, speaks very good English and is willing to help in every possible way.

這是一個很棒的體驗，一個酒店讓我愛上了卡帕多奇亞這個城市。這家酒店就在格雷梅小鎮裏面，若你想在日出前看熱氣球，或者看日落，出門往右拐，向上走兩三分鐘就能俯瞰整個小鎮的美景。當然如果你想在酒店門口看，酒店的天台也是不二之選。在這裏每個客人和房東大家都相處很融洽，我們還互相分享食物，在reception聊天！！真的很開心！雖然我是獨自來旅遊，但是感覺更像是在這裏遇到了很好的朋友，沒有孤獨的感覺！！酒店的早餐也很棒！是土耳其特色的早餐，但是老闆也為我這個中國人提供了麪食，真的很感動，很開心！😭在這裏老闆可以幫你預訂車來往機場或者去坐熱氣球，團體旅遊等等....雖然衹是在這裏住了短短兩三天，但真的會讓我愛上這個城市。下次也一定會再來！

Excellent service from staff. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Perfect location to visit the city. Our room was quiet. The installations are nice, beautiful views. I didn’t like that there was no daily cleaning. Also, it is missing a mini fridge in the room. The bed was not comfortable for me.

We booked 3 nights in a Junior Suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host Metin was so easy to deal with – responsive, knowledgeable, polite & friendly. We booked all our tours & transfers directly through him. The cave suite was spacious with lovely décor and a safe. Breakfast is served at 8.30am and there was plenty of variety. They have a lovely terrace where you can chill out. This hotel is located less than 10 minutes walking distance to the Goreme township, cafes & restaurants but also only a 4 minute walk in the opposite direction to the many hilltop viewing points to watch the hot air balloons rise early morning and to capture the magical sunsets in the evening. We would not hesitate to recommend the Avilla Cave Hotel to our family & friends visiting Goreme.
