I stayed in this hotel for two days. The room was relatively large and the price/performance ratio was good. However, a solid gold ring was lost! ! I usually put the ring in the drinking glass when I stay in hotels, and it was the same this time. When I left, I was in a hurry. I put the ring in the transparent water glass on the table and forgot to take it. After I checked out in the morning, I remembered that when I went back to pick it up in the afternoon, the hotel told me that the room had been cleaned and there was no ring. The room had been cleaned by the housekeeper and checked by the manager. I remember clearly and definitely that my ring was placed in a transparent water glass on the table in the room. When I went back to look for it, the glass had been turned upside down on the table, and the ring had obviously been taken away. This ring is very memorable and valuable. I can only guess that the cleaning staff took it and the hotel manager didn't know about it. Hotels should strengthen cleaning management and should not take customers' things casually. In the past, there were cases where rings were left in cups in domestic hotels. When the hotel cleaners found out, they made a special call to help keep it safe. It was a pleasant trip to Kapa, ​​but unfortunately, something disappointing happened. I hope other travelers will pay attention to checking when they check out. If they leave something behind, based on my experience, the hotel or the cleaning staff will probably not return it.

The boss is reliable and helped us book cars and tours. I am very satisfied. If you stay in a cave hotel on the mountain, traveling would be too troublesome. .
