The location was great and the rooms were clean. We booked many activities for our three-day stay, and the hotel staff always provided the best suggestions. They also quickly arranged transportation reservations. It was a comfortable hotel, and one I would definitely stay at again.

The food is not a buffet, but there is a wide variety and it is very delicious. The service is also good, and when I arrived at the hotel around 1pm, they showed me to my room right away. The hotel is located on a slight hill above the center of Goreme, so you can see the hot air balloons from the terrace. I recommend booking a room with a terrace so you can enjoy the hot air balloons from your room. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell, which was a shame, but other than that it was very clean.

The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a good night's sleep. All the staff were very kind, and the hotel was super cute and very nice! The location was perfect, as you could easily go to restaurants, souvenir shops, and a spot with a panoramic view of Goreme from above. There were many tour companies nearby, and the prices were cheaper than in Japan or Istanbul. It was great that they could make reservations the day before or on the day!

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and helped us book tours and car rentals at the airport. He even packed breakfast for us when we were late for breakfast.
