Located right off the main road in town, the rooms were well maintained, and front desk was helpful. The only thing missing was breakfast, but there is a McDonald’s literally a minute away. Great option if you are in the area. About half an hour away from Mount Washington.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There were four pillows that were sufficiently firm. There is no closet, just pegs on a wall to hang coats. The TV is on the small side and very high up on the wall. There was a good size mini-fridge and a small microwave. The room was just big enough for the table and chair and luggage rack. It had everything I needed. The bathroom was fine. It had the prefilled soap and shampoo dispensers. The shower was hot and strong. The only thing I didn't like is the HVAC system has a very loud low frequency resonance. It was so loud I had to turn off the HVAC to sleep, and it went below freezing that night, but not in the room. The front desk staff were very friendly, and even contacted me during the day to make sure I was arriving before the front desk closed at 10pm (they leave a key for late arrivals). This is a great place for the price.

We booked a room for our sister and. took a tour before booking. So very impressed with the cleanliness and size of the room. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Our sister went on and on about how quiet the room was and what a value. Also well located near great places to eat. Will definitely use again and beautiful property.
