Our stay in CityNorth was excellent. We stayed in one of the suites and the hotel was able to provide a comfortable cot for our 9 month old. He had fun crawling around and exploring the room and had plenty of space to play. The location was ideal just off the M1 and gave us quick access to Drogheda and Dublin city centre and other areas locally we had planned on visiting. Having a large on-site car park was great for us traveling with a baby. No lugging bags and a buggy along narrow city footpaths when arriving and leaving. You sometimes forget about the hassle so it was great to be able to park with no issues or additional costs. Also the view out our window was of verdant green fields with the sea in the distance. Hard to believe you are so close to the airport and Dublin city. The room itself was exceedingly comfortable and the suite offered a bath and a walk in shower, as well as a large dressing area, perfect for getting ready for a big night out. In the morning we got breakfast in the lobby restaurant. I got a full Irish, my wife had some toast and pancakes, while the little one had porridge and fruit. All great and fresh. A great start to the day. The staff were really great and asked did we need a high chair as soon as they saw the three of us. They were also happily fulfilled any requests we had. This was out third visit to CityNorth, but our first with the baby. They have always been excellent hosts and the service has always been A+ grade. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling with children, the facilities even include a playground outside for older children. And not just for families traveling. CityNorth is always one of the first places we think of when traveling the east coast.
