Не хотелось мне этого делать, но обстоятельства вынуждают( Была в этом банном комплексе трижды: 1 раз как приглашённый на торжество гость (и в тот раз меня всё устроило), дважды - как заказчик. И как заказчика меня КАТЕГОРИЧЕСКИ не устроил момент об умалчивании насчёт подогрева бассейна!!! В первый раз, когда я самостоятельно заказывала баню, мне ни разу ни один менеджер не сказал, что, оказывается, в банях с пометкой "люкс" (час в них стоит дороже) бассейн с подогревом, в обычных же банях (без "люкс") подогрева в принципе нет. Меня не предупредили и об отсутствии бильярда в вышеупомянутых стандартных банях, поэтому когда в 2020 году мы впервые сами пригласили туда родню, мужчины скучали без бильярда, а дети не смогли купаться в жутко холодном бассейне((((( В итоге заплатили БОЛЬШИЕ ДЕНЬГИ, а получили ДИСКОМФОРТ и опускали глаза от стыда перед приглашёнными... Второй случай произошёл недавно, в 2021 году. Теперь, уже зная о том, что подогрев воды есть НЕ ВЕЗДЕ, я заказала баню "люкс". Мне обещали бильярд и подогрев, насчёт которого я уточняла не менее 3-х раз, при каждом созвоне с менеджером. Что бы, вы думали, произошло, когда настал день заезда?! На ресепшене состоялся следующий разговор (практически дословно): Мы (я и муж): У нас ведь баня с подогревом, правильно? Менеджер: Да, но мы его не включали, так что вода там холодная. Мы: В смысле "не включали"? Почему? Менеджер (почти улыбаясь): Потому что вы не предупреждали. Я: Когда мы должны были предупредить?! Каждый раз, созваниваясь с вами и уточняя все нюансы заказа, я проговаривала этот момент, что нам необходим бассейн с подогревом! Менеджер: Вы должны были позвонить нам вчера и напомнить о подогреве. Я (едва сдерживаясь, чтобы не устроить скандал при толпе наших гостей, при детях): Вы ни разу не сказали, что так нужно сделать! Почему вы не подсказали?! Менеджер пожимает плечами, а два парня-работника бань за её спиной переглядываются и хихикают. Весь их вид выражает пренебрежение к нам, отвалившим за вновь холодный бассейн 9 грёбаных тысяч рублей! Тогда я задаю другой вопрос, можно ли включить подогрев прямо сейчас, ведь пока мы раскладываем вещи, готовим на стол и т.д. и т.п., вода за час- два должна немного прогреться? Менеджер: Нет, в этом нет никакого смысла. Нужно было ставить на подогрев примерно в 5 утра, а лучше со вчерашнего вечера. Вывод: мы обескуражены непробиваемым хамством и наглостью менеджера (звали её Асия) и двух парней за её спиной. Денег отвалено куча, причём за баню класса "люкс", а получили мы лишь бильярд. Дети вновь не сумели залезть в воду, хотя очень хотели. Были визги, много холодной воды и огромное разочарование. Кстати, что примечательно: на официальном сайте Русской Усадьбы НЕТ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ написать текстовый отзыв. Не сделано ли это с целью избежать подобных жалоб от таких потерпевших клиентов, как мы, дабы не подорвать репутацию?.. Подводя итог, хочу сказать, что больше я НИКОГДА НЕ СДЕЛАЮ ЗАКАЗ в Русских Усадьбах и всем своим знакомым буду реком

The hall was empty of visitors and service personnel. She asked me to come tomorrow. Well, I arrived the next day and in 10 minutes we discussed and wrote down the menu for January 16, leaving an advance payment of 1000 rubles. Together with the waitress, I went to Evgenia, specifying that the payment was for the fish. Evgenia whispered something to the waitress, I asked for a refund. Even in this matter, Evgenia turned out to be incompetent. When I received my return receipt, I didn't hear anything from them. If someone was worried about clients, about a good name, then there are many options for how to correct the situation with dignity.
