В номерах очень чисто, большая своя парковка, есть холодильник в номере, не хватало чайника, но есть кулер на этаже.
Попался номер с очень маленькой душевой, до этого останавливались в другом номере - там было комфортнее.
Двухспальная кровать - это 2 кровати, соединенные вместе, по центру дыра, куда все время скатывалась)
Видела, как мыли крыльцо с антисептиком. За чистоту 10/10. Обязательно вернёмся ещё.

Грязная ванна. Углы в черной плесени. Слив в полу весь в волосах. В номере не работали розетки. Пришел ‘мастер’ посмотрел и сказал, что он не знает почему… на вопрос поменять номер нам был дан ответ, что все занято. Завтрак ужасный. Сосиски были реально кислыми.

В ванне чёрные волосы,шатается туалет.Кровать на двоих очень маленькая,одеяло маленькое,подушки детские.Окно не закрывалось,гул машин.Номер на двоих,а выдали один ключ.Такой не современный номер не должен стоить 7000 т за ночь,цена очень завышена для такого номера.Не уютно не комфортно,нам не понравилось.А нам есть с чем сравнивать.

Выбрали этот отель, потому что в нем есть возможность проживания с питомцами. Плюс завтраки. Но в завтраках нам было отказано из-за отсутствия вакцинации (никто нас заранее не предупредил о такой "мелочи"). А в номере "для животных" нестерпимо пахло кошками (у нас собачка). Пришлось просить освежитель воздуха, который спасал, но ненадолго.
Полулюкс оказался очень маленьким. С улицы очень хорошо было слышно музыку из проезжающих машин (8 этаж!). Температуру в номере "умный дом" упорно не хотел увеличивать. В целом 3 балла, не выше.

Минусы: «уставший» ремонт, пустой минибар, ресторан, не работающий ночью. Неприятный запах из стоков. Устаревшая система управления умный дом, большая часть каналов на телевизоре не работает. В номере за 50 долларов нет геля для душа.
Плюсы: неплохая шумоизоляция. Достаточно плотный завтрак. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Удобная система позднего выезда. Удобное расположение самого отеля.

Несмотря на внешнюю привлекательность, приятный персонал, сдержанные интерьеры и большую парковку жить в этом отеле больше, чем одну ночь невозможно. В двухместном номере 1 розетка: чайником, холодильником, зарядником или настольной лампой можно пользоваться только по очереди. Чтобы холодильник включить, его надо вытащить из ниши, найти короткий шнур и дотащить до розетки. Дверцы холодильника при этом будут биться об прикроватную тумбу. В ванной комнате душ на 2 лейки из которых работает 0,5. Фиксированная типа «тропический душ» забита, подвижная лейка фиксируется в единственном положении чтобы лить на стену. Душевая кабина не герметична, невозможно оставить полотенце рядом с ней: либо промокнет, либо дверца кабины не откроется. Слив в унитазе немощный, вода плохо уходит. Гель для душа не предоставляется (шампунь, зубная щетка, шапочка для душа есть). Окна открывать запрещено. Из приятного: все чистое, относительно новая мебель, чисте и приятное постельное бельё, много добротных полотенец, неплохие завтраки в кафе «Берёза».

Комфортный современный отель, останавливались проездом с собакой, отличная кухня в кафе Береза внутри отеля. Заехали в 21.30, заказали ужин, пришлось подождать, но качество блюд оправдало все ожидания. 4 блюда за 1500 - вполне бюджетно.
