Были в отеле в августе 2022 и августе 2023. Выбирали этот отель не мы сами, а турфирмы, организовывавшие туры. Отель неплохой, но завтраки ужасные! В 2022 писал в центральный офис - результат нулевой! Ничего не изменилось: батон с дешёвой колбасой, яйцо и овсянка, растворимый кофе.

Заехали тур группой 18 человек, в номерах было чисто но не было ни геля для душу ни шампуня. Завтра не о чем, чуть-чуть овсяной каши, небольшой бутерброд с тонко нарезанной колбасой и яйцо, хотя в меню завтраков написано совсем другое. Не советую данный отель.

Отель на хороший стандарт три звезды. Удобно расположен близко к выезду из города на юг для автопутешествия. При этом на 1000₽ ниже по стоимости аналогичных Завтрак включён, но простенький и лучше брать первый вариант с хлопьями, чем с блинчиками, которые ужасны.
В целом отель сделан с хорошим вкусом и стильно, что удивляет для 91 года создания.

Все понравилось! Дружелюбный персонал,хорошее обслуживание! Завтрак включен что очень хорошо! Все необходимое в номере есть, если что то недостает все быстро принесут! Номер чистый и комфортный! Спасибо осталась очень довольна!

Очень понравился отель. Доброжелательное обслуживание. Номер чистый,всё необходимое в номере есть. Внизу есть круглосуточное кафе,покушать там можно в любое время суток. Отличный сервис,все понравилось,рекомендую!

Останавливались в этом отеле 2 раза по дороге в Крым. При подъезде заметили вывеску "Сауна 24", посмеялись мол в тот ли мы отель едем, и оказалось, что были правы... Ночью в сауне была какая-то тусовка с музыкой, утром на ресепшене были замечены очень пьяные мужики, которые еле стояли, и веселые девицы легкого поведения. На улице тоже тусили какие-то пьяные гопники-постояльцы. Гуляла с собакой (за собаку, кстати, взяли дополнительно 500 рублей), и было страшновато, что гопники привяжутся. На второй ночевке мы просто просыпались несколько раз за ночь послушать ахи-вздохи из соседних номеров. Утром на ресепшене опять пьяные мужики выселялись из номеров. В общем с детьми сюда точно ни ногой, представляю как интересно за завтраком наблюдать за всей этой публикой... Единственный плюс, в номере было чисто, чайный набор, холодильник. Только оба раза почему-то на двух гостей дали только один комплект полотенец. В пешей доступности офигенное кафе "Лев Николаевич", очень рекомендуем. В гостинице я бы есть не стала, выглядит кафе полузаброшенным, висит объявление "Ищем повара и бармена". Расположение неудобное, от въезда в Ростов еще полчаса по пробкам добираться.
