Комплементарно заселили рано утром, а днём сказали, что всё таки нужно заплатить)))) благо управляющий исправил ситуацию, но осадочек остался!
Сотрудника Максима, нужно отправить на курсы повышения квалификации))))-Основы общения с гостем и как сделать так, чтоб гость не считал вас муда.сом😂
А так, отель хороший! Чисто, завтраки хорошие, расположение!
Нужно избавится от неприятного запаха в коридорах, это проблема на разных этажах!!!

Очень понравился отель! Прекрасные рестораны, чистота! Заселили достаточно быстро, в номере халаты, туалетные принадлежности, всё в минималистично стиле. На улице было -20, но в номере с панорамными окнами было очень тепло и уютно! Потрясающий вид на главную улицу Воронежа! Рекомендую!

Спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля за проведенный отдых! Сотрудники ресепшен вежливые, любую просьбу выслушают и сразу пытаются помочь! Тут прекрасно все!! Номера-стильные, красивые, удобные кровати, супер вид на город! Лобби бар- официанту Алану огромная благодарность и низкий поклон! Молодец! Такие работники-это огромная редкость! Завтрак- выше всяких похвал, есть все, на любой вкус! И конечно же радует игристое)))) еще раз спасибо! Успехов и процветания!!

Прекрасный отель!!! В Воронеже были проездом, к сожалению только на одну ночь. Так хорошо я давно не высыпалась! Звукоизоляция прекрасная, плотные шторы не просвечивают, а кака постель, просто песня)) Идеальный матрац с топером, подушки мягчайшие, одеяло тяжелое.. и какое приятное к телу постельное белье. Ресторан на первом этаже... оо, все блюда что перепробывали были идеальны! А мы люди очень искушенные)) Персонал профессиональный. В номере идеальная чистота. Всё на 100% идеально! Спасибо!
