Hotel precioso, decoración, atención del personal, desayunos espectaculares, cenas maravillosas y si el tiempo lo permite en la terraza, un placer. Trato exquisito. Spa muy bien y servicio de masajes y tratamientos excepcionales. He regresado y volveré. Un 10.

Visitamos el hotel de manera habitual desde hace años y empieza a qued**** ya un poco viejo. De las primeras estancias han ido cayendo muchas cosas, pero el precio se mantiene o incluso aumenta. Han desaparecido las zapatillas, los numerosos amenities del baño, las múltiples almohadas en la cama, la colcha perfecta a la llegada. En nuestra última visita encontramos una cama con las marcas del doblado en las sábanas, dos almohadas viejas y planas. El mobiliario empieza a estar estropeado, marcas de golpes, el suelo arañado. Se ha perdido completamente el encanto del lugar. El desayuno sigue siendo muy bueno. El restaurante y los masajes no pudimos probarlos ya que estaba completo cuando quisimos reservar. El hotel sigue siendo estupendo, pero ahora mismo ofrece unas instalaciones de 3 estrellas a precios demasiado elevados.

Escogimos este lugar para celebrar la cena de graduación de la universidad. Aparentemente el servicio y va a ser muy bueno, ya que nos incluía el autobús de ida y vuelta al castillo, una supuestamente exquisita cena de varios platos y el baile posterior. Existía la opción de contratar un DJ pagando un extra, pero decidimos no hacerlo al ser estudiantes y no tener suficiente recursos económicos. En tal caso, nos ofrecía la opción de llevar un USB y directamente reproducir la música de dicha lista escogimos esta opción. Lo único bueno de la noche fue el servicio de autobús. La cena empezó tarde. La mayoría de platos salían fríos uno de los platos era arroz con foie, algunos de los trozos de fue estaban crudos, otros demasiado hechos y quemados, y algunos el trozo de fuera tan minúsculo Quedaba pena. El único plato que estaba decente era la ensalada, la carne estaba fría y demasiado hecha, algunas de las salsas de los platos estaban llenas de grumos, etc. Pretendía ser una cena especial de celebración y acabó siendo una comida totalmente mediocre y decepcionante por el mal estado de sus productos . Y por si fuera poco, la mala experiencia, todavía no había acabado. Cuando bajamos a la sala donde se iba a celebrar el baile, y les proporcionamos el USB del que reproducir la música, el volumen fue tan bajo que apenas se escuchaba. Fue totalmente vergonzoso. Cuando protestamos por el mal servicio su respuesta fue que si queríamos otra cosa, debíamos haber contratado el DJ. En fin, un lugar cero recomendable para cualquiera que quiera celebrar un acto como este .

Normalmente cuando algo no funciona en una habitación, en este caso no funcionaba la caja fuerte, estaba bloqueada a nuestra llegada, suelen venir a repararlo la persona de mantenimiento. Si el bote de gel de la ducha, pegado con una cinta de doble cara ( en un lugar con humedad) se cae, el servicio de mantenimiento suele venir a repararlo. En este hotel los fines de semana al menos, no cuentan con este servicio. Sobre la caja fuerte se llamó por teléfono a recepción, indicaron que localizaría al responsable. Pasado un tiempo nos devolvieron la llamada diciendo que no localizaban al responsable ¿? y como opción dejar los objetos en una caja fuerte de recepción. En cuanto al bote de gel lo colocaron provisional en otro lugar, sobre la bandeja del jabón,otra vez apoyado- pegado con la misma cinta. En cuanto al desayuno, normal. El café nada destacable. Al menos la calidad del sueño estuvo bien, sin ruidos y la cama confortable. Ninguna amenities en el baño, solo los botes de jabón y crema en zona de lavabo y en la ducha bote de gel y otro de champú, las que se necesiten (según pequeño cartel) se tienen que pedir en recepción. Habitación 208 con buena vista y terraza con mobiliario de exterior.

Spectacular. Very well-worked and elaborate dishes and well-balanced flavors. Both the roast suckling pig cylinder and the low-temperature salmon are highly recommended. All of them accompanied with a red Albert and white Príncipe de Viana Chardonnay wine. Also highlight the table service and special mention to Leire P. for her attention and sympathy.

An incredible hotel. The rooms are very nice and cozy. The cleanliness and smell of the entire hotel is incredible! The only thing I could comment on is the pillows, for me they were too big and somewhat uncomfortable. A HOTEL TO RETURN AND RECOMMEND!
