We had a family meal in Isabelle’s Restaurant yesterday evening and I must say the food was exceptionally good. There were 27 of us including some kids and we had gone with a menu specifically designed around our taste. There was plenty choice and all very tasty. The service was great and the new restaurant decor was very nice and really cosy. We would highly recommend a meal here in this fabulous restaurant.

Good hotel. Room was a goodsize, clean and quiet. We could not regulate the radiator, so it was rather hot in the evening, but ok at night when the heating was switched off. Mentioned the problem to the staff, and it seemed to be known. Hotel is in agood location for Galway, Burren national park and a day trip to the cliffs of Moher. Breakfast and evening meal were both good. Got a very good rate on the hotel website (dynamic pricing)

We had a lovely stay at the Lady Gregory Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with every request. The food in the bar was delicious, as was the breakfast in the morning. The kids had a great time in the hotel leisure centre. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is due to limited soundproofing between rooms, but I guess this is to be expected as it is an older hotel. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel for a short family break.

Huge bedroom. Pillows very uncomfortable and two beds pulled together to make large bed where you could feel the uncomfortable divide. Food in bar lovely. Service slow. No ice bucket or cold sleeve for bottle of wine. Leisure centre steam room door not shutting. Staff very friendly

Service at the restaurant could be a bit faster we waited a while. Room very dated and could do with a makeover as does the whole hotel. Heating not on in morning had to ring reception 2 times to get them to leave on heat. The bed sheets had holes in them. Window in our room had flaked paint on window ledge. Walls dirty and stained. As for the swimming pool area the lockers had no keys so anyone could steal your belongings.

We had an excellent stay at The Lady Gregory Hotel last night. Food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast - one of the nice buffet breakfasts we have had in a long time. The room was spotless, warm and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, espcially Alannah on reception. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Comfortable, spacious rooms, with large beds. I felt that it’s overpriced, with no breakfast included. Sunday carvery was a disappointment. Generous portions but the sloppy vegetables were gross. Overall not value for money. On the whole staff were very courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I stayed at the Last Gregory for a family party . . I cannot find any faults. The staff were so lovely , helpful and friendly. The food was amazing for the party. The rooms very comfortable and stylish . I highly recommend a stay at the Last Gregory.
