otel konum itibari ile güzel bir yerde, merkeze uzak ama uludağa çok yakın, otelin iç teizliği güzel, odalar temiz, açık büfe kahvaltısı güzel, personel ilgili,aile oteli,
sadece yatakları pek rahat değildi ama evdeki yataga alışdığımız için bize böyle gelmişde olabilir.

2024 Ramazan Bayramı'nda ailecek 2 gece konakladık.Otel personeli son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve nazik.Otel,karşılıklı 2 binadan oluşuyor; yeni olan binada sadece odalar varken eski olanda spa-havuz-yemek vs ve tabii ki odalar mevcut.Biz eski olan binada kaldık.Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde,zengin çeşitli,taze ve lezzetliydi.Konum olarak da merkezi bir yerde olan otelde,odaların temizliği 5 üzerinden 4 puan alır.Asansörde kısa süreli bir arıza durumu da yaşandı,ama birkaç saat içinde düzeltildi.Havuz, 1.30cm derinliğinde kapalı, küçük ve yetersiz bir havuzdu,ayrıca ıslak alanda sauna-hamam-havuz karma kullanılan alanlar... hassasiyeti olan aileler sıkıntı yaşayabilirler.Biz genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık.

Otel ,personel,temizlik ,karsılama herşey çok iyiydi fakat turlarla gelen yabancı misafirlerin gürültüsünden sabah 7 de uyandık hergün .onun dışında otel ***et güzel

Temiz bir otel, genel olarak memnun oldum fakat 1. kattaki odam daha sessiz sakin olsa tadından yenmezdi :) Çalışanların ilgi alakası da iyidir 👍
