This hotel is nice had a great night sleep. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. The beds were nice and firm. They gave clean towels daily..

I had a good 3 night stay. This hotel has been here a long time I've stayed here several times over the years. It's a reasonably priced place, that may need a few things here and there but overall decent place to stay.
I did meet the owner and he seems to genuinely care about his guests stay and seemed like a nice enough guy.
The shower, in my room #300, was hard to control the water temp. but had great pressure. Maybe needing a new mixer valve. The floor in my room was pretty dirty though. It's a pet friendly room that seemed to need it's floors mopped a little better.
Over-all I'm happy. They checked on me severl times to see if i needed anything. Again, seemed to care and I think the new owner, is trying hard to make improvements. I will stay there again when I'm in Goshen In.

The staff is very nice and helpful I don’t eat any breads so in the morning when I go get breakfast the young girl will go out of her way to have me a sausage and egg set aside for me so I’m not wasting the bagel Sandwich that they make for everyone they always make sure you don’t miss the special rewards you can sign up for under the best western rewards they are not a fancy best westerns but nice clean and the beds are comfortable

I'm what you call a cozy connoisseur.. I'm all about complete coziness and your beds and pillows are extremely cozy and your rooms are very clean and I appreciate that more than you know and no matter which one of your Best Westerns I go to in different cities in towns all of your staff is always polite and kind and helpful that's why I always stay at a Best Western when I'm away from home
