Excellent restored rooms that are industrial meets warm and cozy. Extremely clean and amazing views. Staff excellent and the cafe food was outstanding. A welcome surprise. Very comfy bed, great kitchen, and places to eat and enjoy on patios. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

What a cool building! A renovated historic mill, sleekly designed for comfort and modernity while showcasing the best of its historic features. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, bedding is fresh and comfortable, and a tasty breakfast can be purchased in the roomy cafe downstairs. The quiet, rural setting belies the fact that you're so near to Northampton. A much nicer option than any we found in that city. The best feature, however, is undoubtedly the mill's waterfall. We booked a room overlooking it: best white noise ever! Keep your windows open and enjoy the clean, country air.

Williamsburg suite was amazing with a private entrance from the patio. It directly overlooks the falls and it is loud (which we loved). The suite was immaculate and they might have gone overboard with the kitchen. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast cafe is cozy. We would definitely come back and recommend you stay there.

Third visit and we will be back. Owner was welcoming and kind. Home baked good for continental breakfast in off season (February). You will love the kindness, cleanliness and attention to detail. The view of the waterfall is fabulous. Just remember it is right next to the falls. I find the sound of the water to be like "white noise" just as an FYI...A number of options and we have stayed in three different accommodations. This is a memorable place to stay.

This is our new favorite place around the Northampton area after 30+ years of exploring the area. So much to see in the area. We like the room above the waterfalls even though the falls are very loud. The King bed is very comfortable, the design of the room quite nice and having a refrigerator is a plus. Many amenities in the bathroom and there are very good towels. The staff are so very friendly, helpful and fun to talk with. Breakfast in the cafe is perfect - can't stay away from the huge, delicious biscuits. Thank you Gail, Deb, Marsha & Shannon.

We stayed for two nights in the inn’s Carriage House, about 100 yards from the inn’s front door. The fully equipped and comfortable Carriage House has a bedroom with queen bed and tv, a sitting room with tv, a kitchen and a bathroom. It’s perfect for two people. We were able to prepare meals easily in the kitchen. It had everything we needed including: microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a Kuerig… no dishwasher, but that’s my job. It appears that The Cottage was recently refurbished. Everything was fresh and new and in perfect working order. The Cottage does not have a view of the front of the falls, but you can hear the water tumbling down with the door opened. Other than the falls, the inn is wonderfully quiet. There’s good WiFi and a good selection of tv stations, but more important - the lighting is very conducive for reading. Bathroom and kitchen lighting are also outstanding! We were greeted warmly by Gail, the innkeeper, who is rightfully pleased with her property. She’s “always wanted to be an innkeeper.” She showed us everything we needed to know about our unit and made good suggestions for daytime activities. This is a beautiful area in the fall.

Great spot. Rooms are cozy, clean and modern. The owner Gail was very nice. Breakfast was amazing we had delicious egg sandwiches and sat on the porch watching the waterfall. Marsha makes the best gf pastries! Look forward to visiting again.

What a great inn! The design is modern, industrial and comfortable and the service is outstanding. It is a small inn in an older historic building so the walls are thin, besides that and the mattress being too firm for my personal taste, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! We were greeted warmly, room was lovely, bed so comfortable, and staff so helpful. Shower had great hot water pressure! Perfect location for Shelburne Falls and Northampton/ Deerfield area. We will be back!
