Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die gesamte Pension ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind mit einem Boxspringbett, einer Sitzecke mit Sesseln und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. In jedem Zimmer gibt es einen Radiowecker und im Bad einen Fön und Duschbad und Handseife. Es gibt keine standardisierte Hotelmöbel, sondern liebevoll ausgesuchte. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Besitzerin der Pension ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt.

Gelegen in einem Wohnviertel ist "Der kleine Nachbar" eine ruhige Oase. Die Inhaberfamilie weiß, wie sie ihre Gäste willkommen heißt: mit Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit. Die Zimmer sind sehr nett ausgestattet, sehr sauber und haben alles, was der/die Reisende benötigt. Ein wunderschöner Garten lädt zum Totalchillen ein. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Wir kommen wieder.
