My father and I stayed at this resort on May 16. Truthfully, we didn't know what to expect of the quality of accommodations in Ujjain, and let me confirm - we were positively surprised! Genuinely warm welcome (throughout), wonderful amenities, finger-licking great food (and hundreds of options on the menu!!), excellent service - this hotel compares well with any 4 star hotel in cities like Delhi. We stayed in the Executive room (#231) and it was very well appointed - clean, well furnished, and great array of tv channels. I am extra particular about hygiene, and had to call the housekeeping staff to clean the toilet as I noticed stains on the seat when we moved into the room. The staff came over within minutes and fixed the issue. The speed of service at this resort - from housekeeping to restaurants - is awesome! They have a fully functioning bar, and when the weather permits, I'd encourage the guests to make use of their many outdoor facilities, like the swimming pool and dining areas. All these areas are extremely thoughtfully done up, and they ensure you're taken care of throughout. The service at the restaurant could do with a bit more energy and customer centricity. It's not slow, it's just untrained, and that shows in the business of hospitality. They mean well but are the difference between 4 and 5 stars. A few suggestions for improvement: 1. have a AC lounge area for guests. The two options right now are the restaurant and the bar, which are always busy. You have a lot of space to create a quiet lounge for guests and non-guests to come and relax. 2. start a shuttle service to the corridor and back. Most of your guests are staying with you to visit the temples. Even those that are staying for a wedding won't mind visiting the temples. Having a scheduled shuttle service 3-4 times a day will be great, as autos and Uber are not available in this area, and you're slightly far from the corridor. 3. some areas like the lifts and pool side require maintenance. They look old and worn-out. Especially since the rest of the resort is so new and fresh, these areas stick out. Not a big investment for you, and will look great! 4. the restaurant could do with a bit more character. It looks very dull and long right now - like a giant room with no energy. Bring in an interior designer - right now it's just a big room with tables and chairs (and great food!). To all future tourists - look no further than this resort. It's the BEST in Ujjain and you shall not be disappointed!

1. Room cleanliness was maintained. 2. Room service was on time and excellent. 3. Hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. 4. Food is of good quality and quantity. Also, it tastes good. 5. Swimming pool is available 6. Massage is also available but at the cost of extra charges. 7. Bathrooms were clean. 8. All amenities were present and were in proper working condition. 9. Wifi available. 10. Parking available.

The hotel was really nice and sophisticated. It was well equipped with all the amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend for your stay.

No service at all. Reached at 5:10pm they gave room key at 6:00pm. I am the only customer that time at frontdesk, in room not at all enough towels at all, shower not working, no shower caps. I took two rooms both are in same condition.

The hotel's Ambience is very awesome and staff is courteous ***** with exceptionally delicious food..Must stay whenever someone visits to Ujjain.😊

Very bad service. Food quality is worst. Breakfast have limited option and not worth for that price.

Rudraksh resort is not value for money rooms, linen,service is third class.avoid this hotel

Nice property located in the outskirts of ujjain. Food was average but overall the staff was hospitable. It is near to famous navgrah shani mandir which is a must visit!
