The hotel was great place to relax and close to the most connections. The breakfast was great, loved to do belgium vaffles.

Stayed in a Standard Double Room. Requested two single beds which was not provided.
Rooms seem a little worn down and very small. Phone did not work. Lamp had one light bulb missing.
Breakfast buffet had a large variety but not very high quality.

It was not bad but it was a better hotel before it became part of Elite hotels. Having said that, their Bishops Arms is very nice

This property was beautiful as it was in an old building from the 1800s. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at the place, good food, clean room. The building is old style but nice and located near the city, and 🚊 train stations it’s only 10 minutes walk.We hope to be back soon.We love the place and the city.

Jättefint hotell när man kommer in i foajen o reception. Men när vi kom in på rummet blev vi besvikna.
Trasiga möbler, dåligt skick, endast ett enda värmeelement i rummet (som inte var på när vi kom) o inget mer så det var svinkallt på rummet. Vi fick sitta med flera lager på oss o dricka te för att få upp värmen. Inga extra filtar eller täcken fanns heller.
Jättetråkigt när man åkt iväg på en resa med sin dotter för att ha tjejmys o lovat henne shopping o hotellnatt, något vi båda längtat länge efter.
Men hotellet var fint i övrigt o ligger centralt o bra.
