The hotel has a great view. The spa is very spacious and comfortable, and it's free. You can also participate in yoga classes for free. The breakfast is not very rich, but it is enough, and the food can be cooked to order, which is very good.

I arrived a bit early but Jose took excellent care of me and checked me in early. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable and helped me with my luggage to my room. The room was exceptionally clean and the view over the theme park Liseberg was amazing. I requested a quiet room and did not hear a peep the entire night. Breakfast was excellent and during my stay I also visited the amazing spa. Overall an exceptionally pleasant stay.

I would have good memories from stay. I would reccomend Upper house and remember to book the tables to restaurants during your stay as they will disapear really fast. Amazing breakfast with the view is worth all the money you will pay for the stay.

This place is just perfect. When we checked in we got a refreshment while we paid for the room. We had the most incredible suite. The ceilings had to be 16’ at least with equally huge windows looking over an amusement park. It was my husbands birthday s And they gave up a platter of fruits and cheese to make it extra special. We had 2 bathrooms which was really nice The bed was heavenly and super comfortable. The shower had great hot water pressure and the toiletries supplied were superior. We checked out the spa which was included. It was modern and clean. The following morning the we had the best breakfast of our entire trip. The service for a complimentary was five stars. The night before they asked what time we like to leave and they had our car ready waiting before we could even call with bottles of water added . What are great hotel. One of the best we have stayed in anywhere in the world. This is a place we would come back to without hesitation.

PLEASE HAVE A RESERVED SEATING SECTION IN HEAVEN 23 BAR FOR HOTEL GUESTS. MANY TIMES WE HAVE STAYED HERE AND EVERYTIME WE GO TO THIS BAR THERE ARE NEVER ANY TABLES AVAILABLE AS IT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC WHICH IS VERY ANNOYING IF YOU ARE PAYING OVER £200 per night to stay at the hotel. A section of seating area should reserved for hotel guests.

Breakfast was wonderful location was perfect for us. Room was as in picture and bees was great quality. Would recommend for anyone that wants to be near this location. Only minus was that the spa was closed and they didn't offer any compensation not even a class of wine 🤔

Very special hotel with excellent reception staff and an amazing spa, which is included in your stay. Whilst we checked in we were offered a drink and canapés and our luggage was whisked away to our room, this set the scene for a lovely couple of days and the service was exemplary throughout.

Just go there. You won’t regret it. Worth every penny. Every room has a great view, the spa is top class and the breakfast is a la carte, you order as many dishes that you want and then the chef cook it immediatley for you. The staff is very service minded. From the moment I entered the reception on 25ft floor I could tell and feel that this is a 5 star hotel. Expensive rooms, but it’s worth it when you have a special occasion to celebrate.
