Hotel Novostar

酒店在哥廷根城邊，我們帶着孩子住的家庭房，房間寬敞明亮，設施一般。樓下就是個中國餐廳，看上去還滿高級的。 有點問題的是，空調沒有遙控器，製冷全憑運氣。另外，窗簾衹有百葉窗，德國早六點天亮，對於睡覺光線要求高的人是個麻煩

Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und daher unbequem. Wir haben schlecht geschlafen und sind mit Rückenschmerzen aufgestanden. Das Bad ist sehr alt, sollte dringend und altersgerecht ( Bodendusche und Hänge-WC für Senioren ) renoviert werden. Das WC ist für ältere/gehbehinderte Gäste nicht geeignet, da sehr tief angebracht. Der Frühstücks Raum ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbufett war nichts besonderes, es gab nur 2 Sorten Brötchen, wenig Wurst- und Käseauswahl. Kann die gute Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Bei unserer nächsten Fahrt an die Nordsee, buchen wir ein anderes Hotel.

The hotel is located near a bus station, a little bit from the city center. It offers a good connection to the motorway that you don't hear - well insulated windows. Parking lot is available. The rooms are clean, there is WiFi, the furnishings are good, the style is a matter of taste - carpeted floors, small seating area. Towels, hair dryer, safe and refrigerator are available and some rooms have a kettle. Breakfast is good for an extra charge! The front desk is friendly - it's a bit strange that not all employees greet the guest even though they look at you directly. But that shouldn't detract from the hotel itself, as it doesn't affect everyone and some guests may not mind.

I've often had the feeling that something is moving in front of my window and thought it was just the leaves of the trees. Yesterday, however, I got to the window so quickly that I saw the blond young man standing in front of my window. I complained to the front desk and got a different room. However, the situation could not be clarified. The bad feeling remains and therefore I will not book this hotel again. There are frames around the windows that shouldn't be entered as there are air conditioners installed there. This allows guests to be observed outside their windows!!!
