I used this lovely hotel as a stop over. I found it very nice the staff were very helpful and the communication before I arrived was fantastic giving clear instructions on how to get in to my room if I arrived after the reception closed. As it happens I arrived earlier than expected. The sauna area was very nice

A lovely friendly hotel located perfectly for a skiing holiday. Great breakfast with spectacular views. Staff very helpful. We had a family room which was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 adult children

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel, le personnel est aimable et à l'écoute.
La chambre était propre, seul bémol : pas de climatisation. Il fait vite très chaud.
La cabine de douche est aussi petite, mais sinon rien à redire, je pourrais y retourner sans problème.
Le petit plus fut la carte de trajet en bus gratuite offerte pour les deux nuits, vraiment pratique pour ne pas s'embêter en voiture dans Innsbruck.
Merci à eux, c'était top.

The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast spread is amazing & with a view! highly recommend the property for exploring Innsbruck area. Their restaurant is a bit pricey but worth it. We would definitely book again.

Location perfetta per visitare Innsbruck e vicinanze. Auto nel parcheggio (gratuito) ed autobus gratuito con minino due notti di soggiorno. Fermata fuori dall hotel, corse ogni 15 minuti di giorno ed ogni 30 minuti dalle 22 alle 24 da/per Innsbruck. Gestori strepitosi: gentili, accoglienti ed accorti. Sempre presenti ma invisibili... il top della discrezione e del servizio. Camere ampie e ben arredate. Funzionali e comode. Noi abbiamo soggiornato occupando una quadrupla, una doppia ed una tripla e tutte e tre le soluzioni perfette per il nucleo che ne usufruiva. Detergenti corpo biologici e gratuiti nelle stanze. Colazione abbondante, genuina e fresca. Dal dolce al salato passando per la frutta ed ogni tipo di bevanda. Spazi comuni adatti a grandi e piccini. Grande terrazzo con scacchiera gigante, tavolo da ping pong e giochi all'aperto. Spazio giochi per piccini molto ben attrezzato. Una sosta piacevole e rigenerante per lo spirito ed il corpo. Ai saluti... petit cadeau della casa. Piacevolissima sorpresa. Merita davvero una sosta.

Si vous aimez l'art, les décorations très chargées, l'art Autrichien alors cet hôtel est fait pour vous ! Attention : la chambre est doté de tapis en peau de vache, mouton... Il n'y a pas de volets donc il fait jour dans la chambre ! Les personnes allergiques aux acariens ne trouveront pas de plaisir à dormir dans cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux

We went to multiple places in Austria but Alp Art was by far the best experience we had! Nicole is the warmest host you will find with such a vibrant energy and willingness to help always! Nice rooms with hot water bathtub, surrounded by Alps at all sides, the best breakfast spread we found in Austria Even if we think about finding out one drawback, I couldn't.
