Für einen Badeaufenthalt gut geeignet. Leider sind für die Liegestühle am Strand pro Tag € 7,-- zu bezahlen. Das Hotel hat hauptsächlich französische Gäste. Für deutsche Besucher gibt es keine Informationen oder Service. Das Animationsteam spricht nur französisch. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und das Badezimmer genügend groß. Die Verpflegung war von den Grundprodukten sicher gut, leider vollkommen ungewürzt und daher entsprechend fad. Das Personal, Zimmermädchen, Personal im Speisesaal war freundlich und bemüht. In der Rezeption gab es einen Mitarbeit, den man durchaus als unfreundlich und unbemüht bezeichnen konnte.

Voyage en duo avec ma fille réservé via Fram afin d’effectuer quelques visites déjà planifiées et super bien organisées (d’ailleurs Merci à Alexandra pour ses explications lors de la réunion). Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée à 11h30. On nous propose de nous rendre direct après avoir posé nos bagages, nous restaurer. À la suite du déjeuner, nous avons récupéré notre chb. Propre et bien équipée (Frigo avec bouteille d’eau, bouilloire et thés). Seul bémol la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas super bien et qui plus est, s’arrête lorsque vous quittez votre chambre. Heureusement pas grosse canicule lors de notre venue. Les repas sont très bons et très variés. Les desserts sont moins bons que le reste mais nous avons appris par notre guide que les Crétois ne mangent quasiment pas de dessert (juste énormément de fruits). Le dessert n’étant pas dans la tradition locale tout se comprend !! Nous avons pris un massage en duo et nous avons passé un super moment de détente. Yanis et Lisa sont vraiment très doués dans leur domaine mais on n’oublie pas Marina qui a su nous conseiller pour le choix. BREF, nous avons passé un super séjour tout compris et si je dois revenir sur l’île je reposerai mes valises ici.

Bon accueil pour une arrivée à 2 h du matin avec le repas servi. Bon séjour pendant une semaine avec une équipe très sympa et à l'écoute, repas variés et de bonne qualité tous les jours. Merci aux cuisiniers du coin grillade pour leur gentillesse et leurs bons plats ainsi qu'aux cuisiniers "invisibles " par les touristes. Un grand merci à M. GEORGES pour sa présence sympathique ainsi qu'à l'équipe d'accueil présente, souriante et réactive. Bonne continuation à tous. Stéphane S.

Very nice resort with modern designed rooms and nice beach, the pools are also beautiful. The resort looks amazing in the evening time with lightening. The garden is well kept and beautiful. We enjoyed much and just relaxed all day at the beach and don’t want to leave the hotel as there is everything here. Spa was nice, we tried some of a la cart restaurants and food in main restaurant was also good. Evening program is good and every night is different. Definitely good value for money.

Vielen Dank an das Spa-Team. Perfekte Massage und super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Da Hotel an sich ist eher auf All Inklusive Urlauber ausgerichtet und als HP steht man beim Abendessen ein wenig hilflos da weil man Getränkemäßig nicht bedient wird - immerhin ist Tafelwasser kostenlos verfügbar. Pool, Meer und Strandbar top und ohne Handtuchreservierung auch verfügbar. Klimaanlage kämpft schon ein wenig verzweifelt gegen die Temperaturen und es ist ja noch nicht einmal Hauptsaison. Bei später Anreise gab es trotzdem noch einen reichhaltigen Snack und einen herzlichen Empfang. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub

NOUS AVONS PASSE UNE SEMAINE A L HOTEL THEMIS BEACHE. LE PERSONNEL SUPER SYMPA, mais avons rencontré un grand souci. la chambre (qui était très propre) était déjà occupée par des blattes et cafards et au niveau de la salle de bains. Véritable pataugeoire. nous en avons informé de suite la réception, mais la personne ne parlait pas du tout le français, donc avons réitéré notre réclamation le lendemain, là on a pris notre numéro de chambre (vu que la personne parlait le français), mais rien n'a été résolu jusqu'à notre départ. DOMMAGE. ça nous a déçu, car on nous a vendu du rêve qu'on a eu du mal à trouver. Et au niveau animation on l'a beaucoup cherché, mais pas trouvé. Même la personne qui proposait les excursions était vraiment là pour VENDRE et pas très sympa ni souriante, limite froide. HEUREUSEMENT QUE LE PERSONNEL ALLANT DES PERSONNES QUI FONT LE MENAGE AU CUISINIER SONT SOURIANTS.

Hatte gerade eine unglaublich schöne Kreta Massage bei Yannis. War sehr erholsam. Unbedingt empfehlenswert 😊 Das Hotel hat eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre und eine tolle Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer ein sauberes Zimmer.

Hôtel ancien mais bien entretenu et très propre. Un personnel génial, toujours serviable et souriant. Mention spécial au Maître d’hôtel et son équipe qui vient lui-même accueillir chaque convive à son arrivée et prend de vos nouvelles tout au long des vacances… en français :) Ne comptez pas sur le restaurant pour maigrir car il y en a pour tous les goûts et à volonté. Tellement difficile de faire un choix que l’on repart souvent avec plusieurs assiettes. Bémol pour le bar: « all inclusive » pas intéressant. Peu de choix et pas bon. Animation: organisez-vous par vous-même. Les moniteurs club Jumbo au service minimum… planning pas respecté. L’île regorge de merveilles à visiter. Beaucoup de commerçants parlent le français. Pour les activités, sortez de l’hôtel pour faire de vraies économies.

Das Hotel ist sauber und super freundliches Personal. Es riecht leider extrem nach Chlor, selbst das Wasser schmeckt nach Chlor. Beim Essen gab es nicht viel Auswahl aber trotzdem hat es geschmeckt. Mal mehr mal weniger. Die Bar in der Lobby ist extrem schön und da findet ihr den besten Barkeeper Manos ❤️. Er war unser abendlicher DJ und macht die besten Getränke. Wir hatten super Spaß mit dem Personal. Wir kommen wieder gerne
