Halledilmeyecek seyler değil fakat can sıkan gereksiz şeyler belkide bize denk geldi yada üst üste geldi ,Gece pek vakit geçirip keyif alacağınız bir yer değil başka otelleri değerlendirmeniz de fayda var ,1 gece konaklayip otel degistirdik

I haven’t been to Turkey for more than 10 years, and never to Kemer. I decided to take my short rest at the very end of September this year. The flight was normal, I flew there and back with Turkish Airlines (a little expensive). I really liked the Miarosa Hotel, which was offered to me by Coral Travel. First of all, the area is very green, the beach is nearby and it is very convenient to go to it under the canopy of greenery. The beach is well equipped, there are many sun loungers, there are sunshades and even tents on the pier (for a fee), there are changing rooms. There is a cafe next to the beach where you can have a snack and refreshing drinks. There are also disadvantages: the lack of a toilet on the beach and very difficult entry into the sea, without special shoes, entry into the sea is possible only from the pier. The sea here is very good, clear water, and there were no jellyfish at that time. I also liked the Miarosa Hotel for its service, starting from the reception desk, where there was always an employee who understood Russian, ending with the maids and water distributors --- everyone did their job with soul. Separately, I would like to say about the hotel guide, he explained in detail how our vacation would go, with special emphasis on our departure, and suggested interesting excursions. The excursion that I bought was very interesting; it showed in miniature both the Kemer region itself and Antalya as a whole (the trip was for the whole day with lunch). The hotel itself is very conveniently arranged inside, everything is at hand, from getting beach towels, a restaurant, to shops in the hotel itself. My room was on the side of the main entrance with a view of the mountains, it was very beautiful, the room was normal, everything was there, there were 2 types of water in the refrigerator, there was water on the desk, it was constantly being added. Every day the room was cleaned by 4 hours. The air conditioning worked fine, but at night I turned it off and opened the balcony door because I was afraid of catching a cold. The room had a free safe, as for the Internet (free), it worked best in the lobby on ground floor, in other places it either did not work or was poorly received. Separately, I would like to say about the restaurant, the food was very good, I arrived at the hotel very late and even at that time I was able to have a snack. The food was varied and nutritious, there were several types of meat every day, there was fish, a lot of greens and fruits in season, and there was always hot tea, which in other hotels is given only in the morning, and at other times for money, and finally I flew out early in the morning and in the restaurant they gave me a packed lunch, which I had for breakfast at the airport. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I advise other travelers to visit it, you won’t regret it.

Rogues are rare. They turned off the air conditioner and lie that it is broken, although everyone understands everything perfectly. Permission to turn on can only be given by the general detector, according to the manager. Of course, no one is going to call him after hours. As a result, you have to try to sleep at 28-29 degrees in the room. Open balcony = mosquitoes and music from neighboring hotels. The children's restaurant was closed, apparently also to save money. Wi-Fi in the rooms does not work at all. Barely pulls in the lobby. The only coffee bean machine disappeared after 3 days and has never been seen again. Towels are often dirty and with holes. It's definitely not 5 stars, maybe 3x. Well, Fun&Sun doesn't smell here either. Highly recommend looking at other hotels and not staying here. On the plus side: Most of the staff try to fix and level the jambs of the age and management of the hotel, but this hardly brightens up the heat during sleep. Nice beach and tolerable entertainment. Plenty of food and variety. Drinks, too, all local, but without fish ....

This is 3 stars, but not 5! Accordingly, be prepared for unpleasant surprises. Let's start with the elevator: one broke down and in the 2 weeks that we were at the hotel it was never repaired. We went up to the room: there were no bathrobes in the room, only one pair of slippers. The minibar is just water and that's it. Shower gel, shampoo and soap are simply poured into plastic dispensers. The only thing that was in the branded packaging was hair balm. A bottle of 10 (ten) ml for 2 weeks, yeah. Towels with fringes shine through in the wind. They simply weren’t changed 3-4 times. In 2 weeks, the linen was changed only 1 (one) time. Cleaning the room is also kind of peculiar, we want to clean it, we want to - no. One time they took a bag of garbage out of the trash can and left it in front of the TV. The dining room is ordinary, there are not enough stars from the sky. There is no variety, except for the change of side dishes for fish, chicken or turkey. A week later, Turkey ran out of watermelons and peaches. The whole set of fruits consisted of apples, plums and grapes. Once my wife was poisoned by fish, but this was such a trifle. They cook, to put it mildly, without soul; for example, you can easily serve yourself ordinary half-baked potatoes. There is one nutritional plus - a lot of greens, so if you are a cow or some kind of sheep... Although here we managed to screw up the dill five times in 2 weeks, it was gone. I can’t say anything about alcohol, I don’t drink myself, my wife drank a glass of white rose me, rated it as “disgusting” and called it a day with alcohol. The beach is moderately dirty. Well, they just don't remove it. Therefore, in the sand there are some glasses, cigarette butts and other elements of the sweet life of vacationers. In the clear sea you can find the same cigarette butts and glasses. Disposable gloves float in places. If you're lucky, there's a pretty good chance that a drunk will jump on your head from the pier, possibly with his wife and children. Maybe even with family friends. The entertainment program hits your ears until one in the morning, so you can’t fall asleep without the door tightly closed. But you may well be lucky with the number. By the way, if you want to overpay for a sea view, then make sure that the room is on the 7-8 floor, otherwise you won’t see anything. The hotel is universal, there are all types of vacationers: single women, single men, women in couples and men in couples, families with children, families without children and families of pensioners. Children of all ages. A mess, in short. About money: non-cash payments using cards from Russian banks and the MIR payment system do not work. Plus: a very beautiful mountain.

We vacationed in Miarosa in the second half of September. We had enormous pleasure. About 15% of vacationers are Poles, 20% are Turks, and the rest are Russians. Strengths: - stunning mountain views, breathtaking! - clean warm sea, - pier (you can jump), - very tasty food. We were very pleased almost every time - free sun loungers could be found at any time of the day, both at the pool and on the beach. - a very cool ala carte restaurant. - the beach and pool are not closed for visits in the evening (this happened in some other hotels). And, accordingly, in the evening there is a romantic a**osphere on the shore, where you can listen to the sound of the sea in silence. - eat food “for children” (boiled vegetables without salt, boiled chicken, potatoes). True, the choice is quite limited. - service (last year in Side we came across a hotel where there was a feeling that all the staff hated everyone in advance. Here everyone is smiling and friendly). We would especially like to mention the waiter Hassan. He will play with every child and bring wine to the parents... Our daughter adored him! Always spinning like a spinning top. It managed to entertain better than animation and do its job. We really hope that his superiors will appreciate him! Among the shortcomings: - rather weak animation team. The program is good, but the animators seem uncomfortable with “making noise and entertaining.” The exception is children's mini-disco. In all previous hotels, the animators knew most of the tourists by name or face; they approached everyone, danced, and fooled around. And everyone knew them. Here it was quite the opposite. But maybe it’s just the end of the season, and the guys are already a little tired. - it was terribly uncomfortable when one member of the staff publicly reprimands another. It felt like there were 3 “observers” for each waiter. And as soon as some waiter came up to us and smiled/capped the child (and the mood immediately jumped up) - a man in a white shirt immediately ran up to him and started yelling. As a result, they sat there as if they were underwater, and their mood dropped. I'll say it as a tourist. The mood and a**osphere on vacation are much more important to me than the plate taken away in a second. And when someone constantly chases the waiters and yells in public, a terrible aftertaste remains. I want to quickly stuff myself with food and run away. I hope the hotel owners will take action. Reprimand the staff, if necessary, outside the eyes of tourists, so that we do not have the feeling that we are inside an eternal scandal!!
