We stayed here for 9 nights and upgraded to a junior suite. Some points to note, both positive and negative: 1) the food is very repetitive (especially lunch and dinner), even the theme nights are just the same as any other night with a few dishes changed to meet that evening's theme. Most nights the theme was "international cuisine" which really means we've got a few international dishes on offer. 2) at the start of our holiday we could wait 10 to 15 minutes at lunch or dinner to be asked what you'd like to drink. The number of staff working in the restaurant seemed to increase from 1 May. We ended up getting our drinks at the bar and taking them into the restaurant or if you sit outside it seemed you got served quicker but it was difficult to get a table sometimes 3) the restaurant doesn't have many self service drinks. Only a few juices and hot drinks. I'm sure the hotel could save the use of so many plastic water bottles by having water stations across the hotel. 4) the hotel is very relaxing and is exactly what we were looking for 5) the evening entertainment of the Cuban Havana dancers was excellent and the pianist was brilliant 6) you can catch the Dolmus right outside the hotel to Kemer (across the road from the hotel for 35 TL each) or Antalya (the hotel side of the road for 60 TL each to the shopping centre and then another bus (bus 08) to the city centre). Kemer isn't very big but there's quite a few shops with fake goods and perfumes/aftershaves. There's a McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and subway by the marina. We had a drink at the deja vu restaurant and the staff were lovely. 7) if you walk left out of the hotel for about 10 to 15 minutes, there's a little row of shops selling fake goods and Turkish souvenirs. 8) the glasses in the room were never changed. There was no sink plug and I used an upside down glass to keep the water in the sink. It took a few days for the used mugs to be changed in our room. 9) the hotel was clean but my clean and the hotel's clean are two different things. E.g. There was the same spilled drink marks on the stairs for our entire stay, empty glasses and dirty plates can be left for hours in the same spot and aren't cleaned up. 10) we were 2 people with 2 balconies in our room and we had one chair. After seeing a cockroach crawling up the wall, I decided I'd just stay in our room. 11) during our stay, we had two cockroaches in our room - thank god my partner was there to get rid of them. 12) the bed in the room was really comfortable and our room was great. 13) you can grab water bottles from the fridge at the main pool area and the sunset bar when they're open. 14) the freezer at the sunset bar has ice lollies in which was ideal when it was hot 15) I booked our first a la carte restaurant when we checked in at 3am for the 6th day of our holiday - if we'd stayed here for 7 nights we would have only been able to eat at an a la carte restaurant once. We spoke to others who hadn't even been able to vi
