Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

Check In was seemless Room was as booked, Top floor would have been nice and only one bed would have been a bit more roomy but the view was utterly stunning. The housekeeping is a little sloppy but as the season progresses I'm sure they will perfect this. Communal areas are fantastic and totally spotless, the staff clean all day long. Food and drinks are really good. The food court is great, Pizza and schnitzel are brilliant. We used the Al A Carte 3 times and we were never disappointed. The staff are attentive but not overpowering. We met Adnan in the food court and his attention to detail is terrific We used the Diamond Cabana on the first day of opening and it was again amazing. Adnan served us again all afternoon. Fantastic! Guest relations staff are very good at their jobs and made booking everything very easy We spent most of our time by the sea which was so relaxing Overall, we had such a great time that we stayed an extra 3 nights We will definitely return to the Corendon Playa

Kafa tatili için çıktığımız bu yol bizi Corendon Playa Kemer’e getirdi.22-25 Nisan arasında konaklamaktayız.Otele giriş yaptığımızda bavulumuz hemen alındı resepsiyon ekibi bizi güleryüzüyle karşıladı oda ve otel tanıtımı yapıldı.Otel kompakt heryere her şekilde ulaşım kolay.Odalar temiz ve bakımlı.Odalarda Nespresso makinesi bulunuyor.Banyoda buklet ürünler bulunuyor(şampuan,saç kremi,duş jeli,kese,diş fırçası-diş macunu vs)Tek eksi yanı odaların ses iletkenliğinin fazla olması😬Otelin yemekleri ve tatlılarının oldukça çeşitli ve zengin içeriğe sahip olması tatilinizin daha konforlu ve huzurlu geçmesini sağlıyor.Kullanılan ürünlerin kalitesi ve sunumlarının özenli olması yemeği gerçekten mükemmele yaklaştırmış.Her saat açık yeme-içme yerleri olduğu için bu konuda sıkıntı yaşamazsınız.Oteldeki alkollerde yerli-yabancı bilinen ve kaliteli içkiler kullanılıyor.Yanındaki cips ve kuruyemişlerde oldukça taze ve kaliteli.Akşamları canlı müzik yemeğinize eşlik ediyor ardından animasyon ekibi size happy hours yaşatıyor☺️Oteldeki imkan ve olanaklar sezon başı olmasına rağmen ***et iyi kullanılmış.Ayrıca bugün 23 Nisan etkinliği oldukça ince düşünülmüş ve bayıldık.Son olarak bize misafirleri gibi hissettiren bellboy Bahtiyar’a, Food Court Adnan’a,Animasyon Deniz ve diğer ismini sayamadığım tüm Corendon ekibinize teşekkür ediyoruz.

We are now entering the last few days of our holiday The hotel is absolutely fantastic,,,the beach incredibly seductive and the staff are mostly friendly!!! We are very aware that we are here at the start of the season as such there are a few things that are not fully operational like the cabana’s and the watersports however this has not dampened our enthusiasm The food in the main restaurant is decent however the food court is fantastic especially the pizzas which are simply fantastic and our man Adnan is so so accommodating!!! Entertainment is great and as relaxing as you wish it to be although as the season progresses I’m sure it will “crank up “ and the main stages will be used to their full potential All in all the hotel is great however there has not been a cautionary note about the housekeeping,,, not great and much room for improvement I’m sure my wife and I shall return soon

Otelin konumu, odalar, manzara harika. Üst kat odada deniz manzaralı konakladik. Balkon genis ve inanilmaz guzel manzarali. Otelin iyi yanları;(bize gore) - yemekler gercekten cok lezzetli. Pek cok otelde kaldim gercekten damak tadiniza uygun yemek bulabiliyorsunuz. Tatlikar da gercekten cok basarili idi. Zeytinyagli cesidini az buldum sadece gelistirilebilir. Kahvaltida nutella ve biscoff olmasi cok hostu. Börekler cok iyiydi. - icecekler kaliteli, kokteyller basarili. Bar personeli ***et yeterli. Viskilerden chivas, jack, johnie black label, ballentines,gibi cok cesitli - oda dekoru guzel ve buyuklugu yeterli. Gurultu yasamadik.(otel bayram dolayisiyla dolu olmasina ragmen) -food court da sosisliye bayildik. - aksam muzik ve eglenceler guzeldi. - denize cok yakin olmasi inanilmaz konforlu, iskele yeterli. -genel alan temizligi guzel -odalarda nespresso olmasi -otel compact heryere rahat ulasiliyor. - animasyondan deniz bey cok keyifli ve kibar tesekkur ederiz Otelin bize gore olumsuz yanlari - oda temizliginden memnun kalmadik.( aslinda temizlik gorevlileri turki cumhuriyetinden sanirim cok iyi iletisim kuramadik, tabi sezonun yeni acilmasi, bayram yogunlugu etki etmis olabilir) - personel sayisinin az olmasi bar ve restoranda sorun oluyor. Barda tek kisi ilgileniyor ve inanilmaz efor sarfediyor. Yemek alaninda da bayram yogunlugu diyebiliriz ama yaz sezonunda da boyle olacaktir masalardan kalkanlardan sonra kirli tabaklarin toplanmasi cok uzun suruyor bekliyorsunuz. Masa cok calisan az, hem icecek servisi hem temizlik ayni anda yapamiyorlar. - mini bar icin gazoz ve sut istememize ragmen surekli cola ve yedigun eklendi nesspressolar yenilenmedi - kapali havuz cok kucuk

Zimmerreinigung schlecht Sehr viele Haare beim einchecken Auch danach keine grünliche Zimmerreinigung die Haare wurden 5tage bis zur Abreise nicht entfernt ! Denk das der Boden nie gesaugt worden ist in den 5 Tagen wo ich dort war Pflegeprodukte wie Shampoo werden nicht nachgefüllt Mini bar wird nicht gut aufgefüllt ! Mal werden die Kaffekapsel nicht gefüllt mal werden die Getränke nicht gefüllt Zimmer sehr hellhörig Mann hört alles vom Nachbar Zimmer Sogar das schnarchen vom Nachbarn Am strand keine Ruhe weil Bauarbeiten ( Bagger usw….) Fitnessstudio ohne zu übertreiben 30qm2 groß ! Mittarbeiterin Fitnessstudio sehr freundlich Food Court sehr gut a‘la carte Auswahl Bedienung normal
