Wir ( 2 Erwachsene & 1 Kind)haben am 18.05.2024 im Kemer Holiday Club eingecheckt. Da wird einen Nachtflug hatten, waren wir ca. 7 Uhr Ortszeit im Kemer Holiday Club eingetroffen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, wenn auch die Verständigung an der Rezeption etwas umständlich war. Zu dieser Zeit war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war( Check-in 14 Uhr- eigentlich). Uns wurde gesagt wir sollten erstmal frühstücken , dann wäre das Zimmer fertig. Als wir zurück waren, bekamen wir wie versprochen glücklicherweise unser Zimmer. Lob dafür! Das Zimmer selber war schon ein wenig abgewohnt, aber es war sauber. Die Hotelanlage war schön angelegt, wie ein kleines Feriendorf. Überall Sitzmöglichkeiten, dadurch verteilten sich die Gäste. Die Beetanlagen schön gepflegt. Das Personal egal in welchem Bereich immer freundlich und bemüht zu den Gästen. Das Essen vielseitig und immer lecker. Am Strand oder Poolbereich immer genügend Liegen vorhanden, sehr schön auch gelöst mit den Strandtüchern, die man täglich nach Bedarf wechseln konnte. Der Strand war ein Mix aus Steinen und Sand,im Meer nur Steine . Die sind schon eine kleine Herausforderung beim rein und raus gehen. Aber so stand es auch in der Hotelbeschreibung. Einzig störend sind teilweise die russischen Gäste, welche sich in Rudeln am Strand bewegen und sich auch lautstark benehmen oder sehr verschwenderisch mit Lebensmitteln umgehen, die sie letztlich gar nicht verzehren. Wir haben uns im Kemer Holiday Club sehr wohl gefühlt!

Отель Улусой Кемер покоряет с первого взгляда и навсегда. Он весь утопает в зелени, очень уютный и гостеприимный. Выгодно отличается от многих 5-звездочных отелей отсутствием суеты, очередей в ресторане, постоянным персональным вниманием сотрудников всех уровней. Территория отеля напоминает средневековый городок с причудливо закрученными улочками разного цвета. Пляж очень чистый со всей необходимой инфраструктурой. Свободные лежаки на пляже есть всегда, даже после позднего завтрака. Еда есть в любое время суток. Основные приемы пищи весьма вкусны и разнообразны. Причем абсолютно все блюда делают сами повара ресторана, даже турецкие торты и сладости. Меня особенно впечатлило турецкое кафе, где можно с наслаждением отдохнуть от знойного солнца и выпить ароматный кофе или чай. Весь персонал отеля очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый. Они всегда готовы немедленно и с улыбкой выполнить практически любую просьбу или пожелание. Всем рекомендую отель для отдыха! Приезжаю сюда не в первый раз и всегда уезжаю полностью довольным проведённым в нём времени. СПАСИБО ОГРОМНОЕ Улусой! И до скорой встречи!) P.S. Otel doğayla iç içe ve huzur dolu bir tatil geçirmenizi sağlıyor.Yeşillkiller içerisinde kuş sesleri eşliğinde uyanıyorsunuz. Otel temiz,personel güler yüzlü yemek ve içki kalitesi çok başaralı. Plaj ve havuzlar temiz. Kemerde tatil için seçeceğimiz tek adres.

We have just came from this wonderful place. Great atmosphere, green territory and very helpful staff. Meal is beyond all praise, especially in evening time. The sea and beach side were clean. Our experience with this resort is really good. Highly reccomend this small paradise for holiday and wish to come here again. We are fully satisfied with what we got. Thanks a lot to all staff.

Sehr schönes grünes hotel sehr zuvorkommend personal gutes essen. Ich bin hier schon zum 4. Mal alles gefällt mir sehr gut ist nie so weit vom Flughafen und wer angenehmes. Ich werde noch mal kommen und werde meinen freunden empfehlen. Besonders dank habe ich an der personal von Guest Relations, besonders Aziza.

Genel olarak, otelde memnun kaldık. Havuzun geniş olması özellikle çocuk kısmının büyük olması çok güzel. Otelin doğa içerisinde olması mükemmel. Yemekler ve çeşitlilik çok iyi. OdalaR temiz,animasyon ekibi çok iyi genel olarak dinlenmek için ***et güzel bir otel

Average hotel, FO. Refuse to talk in English at the beginning, stayed in a small old renewed room, crawling insects from the trees and dead branches falling on the roof and trees, view in balcony. I had a stomach problem from the black pepper used to reserve the food. Note I spoke to you hotel lady doctor. Spa management miscommunication, zero sales skills, sauna needs better hygiene. Fruits and vegetables are fresh, Guzlama and Pide are the best food corners. Good animation program, Ms. Nur and Mr. Hogan ;) the best. Good restaurant service, all the stuff in good attitude. Ms. Yasmina, Yulia and the Mr. Who organised our event table on the 13th of May. Smiling faces makes magic, please keep it in mind. Coffee shop thanks for the smiling young ladies are the best service. Pool bar Mr. Cevad Ms. Delara helpful. Asked about the GM from guest relation replied he is always busy :) normally he should be informed immediately if any of the guests asked to see him. Not recommending to visit again, less than a 5* resort. Anyway it was the beginning of the season and I appreciated the efforts to restart. Good luck. Philip Habib.
