Wir wollten auf der Terrasse des Hotels essen. Die Tische waren schmutzig. Wir bestellten erstmal unser Getränk und baten den Gastwirt unseren Tisch zu reinigen. Daraufhin antwortete er: "Wenn Sie sich an einen schmutzigen Tisch setzen, kann ich ja nichts dafür." Gerade in Corona-Zeiten sollte die Hygiene an erster Stelle stehen.

Hôtel charmant, patron hyper sympa. Bonne literie, repas délicieux. Service très professionnel. La région est riche touristiquement parlant avec de nombreuses possibilités de ballade (Moselsteig) ou de visites de châteaux. A recommander sans modération, nous reviendrons (séjour du 17/04 /23 au 19/04/23-chambre n°9).

Hadden het genoegen in de maand december 2022 een paar nachten in het hotel te verblijven. Het dorpje situeert zich op 20 minuten wandelafstand van Bernkastel, waar op dit ogenblik de kerstmarkt zich bevond (een aanrader !). Hotel Zum Josefshof heeft ons verrast met een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De kwaliteit van de maaltijden, het ontbijt en de wijn zijn uitstekend. Vermoedelijk is het hotel een referentie in de buurt daar het restaurant zowel 's morgens als 's avond door Duitsers bezocht wordt. De kamers voldoen aan de eisen en wat hygiëne betreft verdienen ze een grote pluim.
