Bien situé en centre ville. Accueil sympa, chambre donnant directement sur la rue donc un peu barricadée. Climatisation. Chambre propre, un peu vieillotte mais sans plus. Litterie confortable. Pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain. Restaurant correct, pdj plutôt moyen par contre Bien pour une nuit.

Warm and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. We had a lovely overnight stay and continued our onward journey refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you so much to the team at Karoopark Guest House for making us feel so welcome.

Sadly Karoopark Guest House failed to live up to expectations. We stayed in room 9 which was looking rather tired and neglected in several areas. Facilities in the bathroom lacked a storage shelf in the shower and generally could do with being upgraded. Room had no blackout curtains, internet was not working so no television, room and sitting area had no form of heating when cold. Housekeeping in our room was very basic consisting of poor make up of bed, no washing of cups or glasses after making drinks. Generally staff were very good - owners failed to show any interest in guests unless you were in a large party booking. Booked a Township Tour in advance however our tour was nothing like that advertised - disappointing. However our guide was charming.

Delicious supper and a very good breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location (walking distance to Union High School). It would have been nice for my room to have a fridge, but otherwise the rooms are comfortable and we'll stocked.

My regular stop in Graaff-Reinet for business trips to the region. Been staying here for nearly 2 years and won't go anywhere else. Such amazing kind considerate hosts and the food is excellent and everyone is always willing to help. Highly recommend Karoopark

Super service! Alle staff is heel vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om je verblijf hier zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Goede en veilige parkeergelegenheid. Eenvoudige kamer maar netjes en hygiënisch met ijskast en veel oplaad mogelijkheden. Ontbijt is voldoende uitgebreid en je kan extra een ei, spek, worst, tomaat en hashbrown bestellen. Gezellig buitenterras en ook overdekt terras aan het zwembad. De baas is regelmatig een praatje met ons komen maken, zeer aangenaam en familiaal. We planden hier op zondag een lunch. De keuken was echter dicht en toch hebben ze extra moeite gedaan en lunch voor ons klaargemaakt. We konden dan nog uit 2 gerechten kiezen. Het lamsstoofpotje dat ze serveerden smaakte heerlijk. Dat kan je nog een topservice noemen!
