Really good value for money.
The small hotel is actually run by s family, parents and three daughters.
Cert friendly and helpful and amazing location with a nice garden.

The owner double booked us, so he put us up in his neighbor's apar**ent two doors down, which was exactly the same but even better with AC for the same price. Then when my son left his computer in the apar**ent by accident, he emailed me to let me know so we could come back to get it. He was very nice.

Stayed here for 2 nights during our tour in Croatia. Beautiful location and lovely comfortable room. Very clean and modern, owner was very welcoming and hospitable. Very close to Plitvic lakes. Can definitely recommend

Family of two adults and 3 children, we took two rooms (3 + 2). The one located on the ground floor is really large (it is not a room but a full-fledged apar**ent with kitchen and living room). Very welcoming. Perfect for staying in the area and visiting Plitvice Lakes calmly. The owners live in the house next door so they are always available in case of doubts and/or needs. highly recommended!!!

Free parking and breakfast near the beach. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi cannot be connected from the room. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied.
