Excellent beach, room with fair amenities. No ice machines and the gym has mediocre equipment. They provide wagons to the grocery store which an easy 1/2 mile walk. Beach was great & Solana had good food, good variety and good service.

NO welcome drinks! Around pool area, my mother was questioned by two staffs if she was a guest of resort. Those two staffs tried to kick her out because they wanted give chaise lounge chairs to other four white people. Those chaise lounge chairs were NOT served first come first serve and no time restriction. This is not a way to treat a guest.

We stayed in room 533, which was a master/ twin suite. It was two levels which proved to be a problem because the upper level (twin suite) was much hotter than than the lower level no matter how low we set the AC. This definitely affected sleep quality. There is a very high ceiling in the upper level which doesn’t help with the warmth. We also had very poor wifi, nonfunctional cell connection to make calls (making reservations was difficult), and they advertised Netflix, Amazon, HBO on the TV but the connection won’t allow anything other than public cable, and something was wrong with the speaker so the TV was barely audible. Of course, nothing is better than the beach!! But with how expensive everything is here (food, restaurants, drinks), one night in watching a movie would have been nice.

My family needed a 5 night getaway and we found this resort just what we needed. Met great guests and the staff was very attentive. Very neat and spacious. The pool was fantastic and the grilling gazebo was perfect to make a meal for my family one night.

This was our second stay at Ocean Club West, and it was fabulous! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to provide exemplary service. The accommodations are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained. We can't wait to go back again!

Perfect arrangement for our family with a 3 bedroom beachfront. The central location made it an easy walk to restaurants. Strollers for kids were perfect. Only thing missing was a hot tub!!

What’s to say about this property? Just don’t stay @ $360.00 per night . The room was outdated and dirty ,broken coffee maker , broken hair dryer . I even found a broom and mop in the closet . Why ? For the guest to mop ? Bed Frame made of fabric , stained dusty simply disgusting. Room sliding door lock broken . Bathroom towels smelled like cheap detergent. Noise level in room horrible cleaning staff talking loud . People dragging furniture. Now to the lobby , AC vents so dusty the furniture one can tell dirty . Front desk staff and drivers are nice and do their best . But the property is despicable the bicycles completely Rusted and only three now to the pool they have these flotation devices that many were even broken and tossed in the gardens. The pool didn’t even look that clean. The gardens are nice because they do keep nice landscaping, but the property when it comes To amenities It’s not what they claim on their website the beach chairs are old and the umbrellas as well . I don’t understand how people can say that this property is exceptional. I guess it’s a matter of a opinions. I do not recommend for what they charge this property.

Great stay here. Pleasantly surprised with the room (717 in SeaGrape building) and the entire property. Suite was very clean and organized. Kitchen had everything you’d need for a stay and was clean and easy to find. Loved the two screened in porches. Property was well cared for and tended. Pool, chairs, grill, etc. were constantly being cleaned by employees. We had some super windy days and they brought chairs from the beach to the pool area to accommodate guests. Every employee was very nice and friendly. Wifi worked well on property and on the beach. easy walk to most places in Grace Bay area. The only negatives were minor - the sheets were not great and the couch in the unit was a bit worn and uncomfortable. Thankfully we were not in the room much to need to couch.
