Its a very nice, clean place - beach and views are as good as you would expect for any resort in the Caribbean. They have a very helpful staff and a nice outside cafe/restaurant. Really good Mexican restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the beach. Better gym facility than most places as well. One thing I would like is a hand vac to clean up the sand that gets in the room from your shoes, towels, etc. but that happens at any place on the beach.

It’s quite a dated premises. Our room was not cleaned on several occasions. When raised this with the GM she said she’d issue a resort credit. This ‘credit’ was added to our bill in error!! What a mess. The butler forgot to call our taxi to the airport for our return flight. Basic stuff missed. Great beach! But silly irritants that could have been avoided. For what was supposed to be relaxing… it was quite a stressful stay, sadly.

Fomos em maio.23 comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento. A nossa estadia foi TENEBROSA! Serviço HORROSO! Há tempos nós não íamos em um hotel que era para ser de luxo e fomos tratados assim! Café da manhã, um caos! Primeiro, o cardápio não deixa explícito (e nem muito menos os garçons explicam) que certos itens nas estão incluídos no café da manhã incluído na diária. Nos períodos de pico do hotel, chamávamos os garçons mil vezes e nada! Só não deixamos o hotel porque o quarto era muito bom e a limpeza impecável! Concierges muito atenciosos também. Atendente do bar da piscina (esqueci a nome) muito legal e super atencioso. Praia da frente muito bonita! Amamos Turks, mas JAMAIS voltaríamos ao Hotel! E, olha, eu sou uma pessoa que não critico NADA! Só estou escrevendo aqui porque gostaria de ter ficado sabendo como era, antes de ir.

First time in Turks and this resort was absolutely amazing with a beautiful beach. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, especially Alicia, Venese and Marcson. Thank you for your pleasant hospitality. We’ll definitely be back next visit to Turks and Caicos

What a nice resort on the smaller side...rooms are big and beautiful. You can snorkel right off of the beach which was good snorkeling. Garey who is one of the "butlers" was terrific and went over and above...very nice and helpful. Food is pretty good...We ate at the pool and at the Dune...view at the Dune was awesome. Try visiting the Fish Fry on Thursdays...every Thursday...great way to try and/or shop the local restaurants and shops...about 10 minute cab ride...fun to do

Came for our honeymoon in 2013 and just returned from a family vacation with our 7 and 10yo. This resort is unbeatable. The reef off the beach is amazing to spend hours of time. Staff is friendly. The 2 bedrooms with laundry is fantastic and just what we needed.
