Posto stupendo in una posizione fantastica. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema di incomprensione al check in sui lettini in spiaggia e sulla lentezza il primo giorno nel servizio colazione. In entrambi i casi è intervenuto personalmente il Direttore e la manager risolvendo prontamente la cosa e compensando il disagio che si era creato. Per me quella è la cosa più importante. I problemi ci sono e’ come è in quanto tempo lo risolvi che fa la differenza. Tornerò sicuramente.

Hotel nuovo, elegante e con finiture di pregio. Personale cordialissimo, a partire da Fabiana che ci ha fatto il check-in fino a Doriana, Caterina ed il capo ricevimento Francesco. Avere la spiaggia inclusa nella prenotazione è un vero plus ed anche a Purobeach si respira gentilezza e relax (ottima l'insalata di formaggi). Colazione molto varia con diversi piatti caldi cucinati espressi, grazie Roberto per il sorriso mattutino!

Exceptional stay at Tivoli Portopiccolo! From the warm welcome to the fond farewell, the entire experience was outstanding. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a stunning view of the port. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable (especially Beata Miesiak, the concierge).The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the hotel's amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. However, I would recommend turning on the AC in the fitness center & providing water in there, as well. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local bars & restaurants. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary wi-fi & welcome drinks. Great wood fired pizza place nearby ! Overall, Tivoli exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. Well done, team!I will definitely return!"

La struttura più bella in cui io sia mai stato, un paradiso, lontano dal caos, un mondo a se. Struttura praticamente nuova in una posizione meravigliosa, camere ampie, bellissime e silenziose, bagno con vasca, doccia e doppio lavello, il tutto con parcheggio privato coperto. Pulizia impeccabile, non si trova un granello di polvere, personale competente e cordiale. Colazione con prodotti freschi e di prima qualità, scelta infinita. Speriamo di tornare prossimamente. We only stayed one night, but we got to fully enjoy the property. Friendly and precise welcome, structure finished in every detail, large, clean and well-kept room. The Spa (to be booked) is an intimate and pleasant place for relaxation. The hotel car park is multi-storey, a single level (indicated specifically for Tivoli) is to be paid for separately. Special location in a small and quiet marina with attention to every detail

In February, my husband and I were disappointed with the service we received during an afternoon stop during a walk, so I complained about our experience on Google. Shortly after publication I received both an apology and an invitation from the Front Office Manager to return for an aperitif. We accepted with great pleasure and in March on this occasion we were welcomed by the director, the Guest General Manager and the chef. It was a delightful moment: chatting with you, understanding and seeing how much passion, commitment, high knowledge and experience you manage the structure, canceled out the lack of welcome from a single waiter the previous month.
