The hotel is very clean and the staff competent, friendly and helpful. You can rent the wellness area for €30 for 2 hours. During this time you are alone in the sauna, steam room and whirlpool. This area looks completely new. If you eat in the hotel, you will also receive excellent advice from young ladies and gentlemen. The food tastes excellent, but it is not exactly cheap.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. All spoke English which was very helpful. Parking on site for free was great. Walls in hotel were very thin and you could hear the people next door especially into the evening. As off season, many services /amenities not available .

We stayed for a small 3-day holiday in the company of another couple. New, clean and welcoming location. Top bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. The location was also strategic for the places we wanted to see. I would definitely return

Hotel Franz far exceeded my expectations! The Hotel is nicely appointed and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool was a nice and quiet oasis to relax after a day of shopping and eating. By far, the best place I stayed while in Italy!
