Buon compromesso qualità/prezzo. Colazione a buffet e cena con primo e secondo+ dessert serviti e antipasti a buffet. Personale di sala molto gentile. Camere da rinnovare, soprattutto le porte che si chiudono con vecchie chiavi che fanno fatica a girare e la moquette. Personale delle pulizie poco educato: non rispondono al saluto; ci è capitato ci incitassero in maniera maleducata a lasciare la camera per rifare la stanza (e NON era tardi) ed anche di trovare la camera non rifatta tornando la sera(ma dietro nostra esplicita richiesta è stata cercata e mandata una persona a rifarla).

Ottimo servizio ed accoglienza del personale, molto disponibile per tutte le evenienze. Un hotel semplice per passare delle bellissime vacanze in sicurezza e in pieno relax. Colazione, pranzo, cena molto fornite con tantissime sciolte per piccoli e adulti. I camerieri sempre molto educati è molto disponibili con gli occupanti. Un hotel alla quale consiglio per trascorrere delle bellissime vacanze estive in piena tranquilla è serenità

Staff gentile e cortese nell'accoglienza, camere pulita con balcone ed aria condizionata, vicina al mare e al centro, deposito bici e possibilità di noleggio, ottima colazione...peccato esserci stata solo una notte !

Ottimo servizio, personale gentile e disponibile, il servizio biciclette è ottimo, il buffet di verdure fantastico e si presta dopo una giornata di mare , posizione strategica vicino al mare ed al centro storico ( bellissimo ) ! da consigliare!

My opinion on this hotel is mixed because on one hand we had a very poor experience but on the other hand the nighshift barman was top notch. We had some really good drinks and he was actually very sympathisch. The food was all-right. The bikes were a bit poorly kept but since they are free to use their state it's not a big deal. The rooms were a bit small but actually quite comfy and clean. Generally speaking it's a good hotel with a few flaws that are shadowed by the good aspekts.

Ho pernottato una notte in questo hotel per una gita scolastica. Camere sc****, abbiamo trovato alcuni letti rotti e traballanti, la porta della doccia rotta. Il cibo si potrebbe fare di meglio ma il personale molto gentile ed è il motivo per cui metto 2 stelle.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 2 notti con i miei compagni di classe visto che era una gita scolastica. La qualità del cibo è scadente oltre a d avere porzioni ridotte. La prima sera hanno servito una pasta al pomodoro pessima e pollo semicrudo. Come colazione c erano torte che erano ben distanti da quelle fatte "in casa". Lo sconsiglio vivamente

Le camere si presente in condizioni quasi decenti con le serrature non funzionanti e il balcone molto pericolante, il cibo però rappresenta il problema maggiore, sul menù indicano una cosa portandone un’altra mettendo a rischio anche persone con eventuali intolleranze e allergie. oltre a questo esso si presenta crudo o esageratamente cotto, bruciato, con un sevizio molto disordinato e scortese. il personale in compenso però è sufficientemente disponibile e cordiale. lo consiglio MASSIMO per un pernottamento di 1/2 giorni, però se si trovano altre alternative assolutamente lasciare questa per ultima.

Spent four days with a children's choir in an international music competition, almost 60 people. The staff and hotel manager (to my embarrassment I do not know his name, he would deserve the highest credits) was simply excellent. Nothing was a problem. Excellent meals, friendly attitude. Thank you, guys, if we ever go back to Grado, this would be my choice #1. For a three-star hotel simply exceptional.
