Enjoyed our stay at Town Place Suites in Grafton. We were in the area to visit Cedarburg and this was a much more reasonable option and Uber was available. Clean, friendly staff. I think the front desk agent may have been training or he just had a brain freeze. When checking in, I presented my ID. However, I never signed a registration card or gave any vehicle info or was confirmed my room type and # of nights I was staying. The next day, I asked for a second key and simply provided my room #. No confirmation of my name or anything. This definitely wouldn't stop us from returning, like I said the agent may have been training or having an off day. 5 star stay all the way. Thank you.

daughter got married and we brought a good amount of business to this hotel! I left very disappointed, we started with reservation issues for the bride and grooms rooms and there was never even an attempt to contact management and help figure it out they just sat there watching everyone be upset and didn’t even attempt to try and help the situation , the girl at the front desk didn’t know how to check out people that wanted to purchase things from their store, no coffee multiple times, the front desk staff were more focused on hanging w friends then paying attention to guests.. the one this morning sat and talked to the same person for like two hours, one of our guest rooms had a light that didn’t work, and a tv that didn’t work, another room had a shower that wouldn’t drain almost causing some of our older guests to fall in shower and that’s after waiting 30 min for shower to drain before next one could go,the showers in two of the rooms had little pressure and your hair felt disgustingly dry during and after shower, our carpet was never vacuumed under the table , the shared restroom downstairs was out of toilet paper and tissues for multiple hours, these were just some of the things we heard from our wedding guests. Lots of stress added to an already stressful time for both the bride and groom as well as both their parents. My next daughter gets married in same area next year and I do not think we will utilize this hotel, we will look for other options!

We arrived a little before 6:30pm, our room wasn't not ready. We ended up leaving to go get dinner and retuning as they told us we'd have to wait 30 minutes for our room to get ready. Check in was at 3 so not sure why we had to wait. Everything else was great. I'd stay here again. Breakfast was disappointing.

Clean, comfortable room, lovely kitchen. Exercise room lots of various equipment, pool area looks very nice. Tv wouldn't work and desk clerk could only offer different remote. Googled problem and unplugged and replugged set and then it worked fine. We had breakfast plans away from hotel but checked it out and it looked quite extensive for a hotel free breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. We were disappointed to have less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper & would have appreciated additional wash cloths but the front desk provided those items on request.

This is the second time we've stayed at Townplace Grafton and both times were pleasant. The property is well maintained, breakfast is organized and plentiful, parking is easy, check in is efficient. Some reviews note the highway noise, which we did notice. Coming from a very quiet neighborhood, it took a little getting used to.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a good free breakfast. Shopping area and stores close.
