Nell'albergo c'è stata mia figlia con una scolaresca. Ha perso il suo anello d'oro nella stanza. Da Ancona ho chiesto telefonicamente di cercarlo ma non erano riusciti a trovarlo. Dopo un paio di giorni mi hanno telefonato dicendo di averlo ritrovato e che me lo avrebbero rispedito. Ho pagato la spedizione e dopo un paio di giorni l'ho riavuto a casa punto. Onesti e precisi. Di questi tempi sono perle rare. Aveva un enorme valore affettivo visto che lo aveva fatto con le sue mani il suo nonno. GRAZIE!

I booked last minute as our travel plans changed. I chose it because it was not super expensive and it had wifi. Unfortunately i was not able to get any work done as the internet did not work at all. When i asked at the front desk they told me to go to my room and wait. It never worked for our entire visit on all devices. The beds are hard and the linens are very old. The walls are paper thin and you can actually hear your neighbors breath! When you check in the staff will collect your passport for the duration of your stay. After a night of no sleep it is difficult to remember to get it back from them. This is very important as they do not do this for you. I lost a night of sleep, an evening of work and then 4 hours of driving the next day to come get my passport.

Good morning I was in this hotel for personal business what to say: Non-existent room cleaning, dirty roll holder of I don't know what, no mini-bar, I would say shameful breakfast with barley coffee and stale tarts and sweets. I also had dinner so to speak, the staff never smiling and also quite pissed off when I asked for a limoncello at the end of the meal. Bad experience not to be repeated.

The hotel has a good parking lot and the staff are friendly but it is a little outdated, the internet deserves an improvement because it has a lot of drops, there is no minibar, there is no full length mirror and the breakfast is very simple, the shower is good and it has a balcony with a view of the volcano.

Clean room with balcony. Clean sheets. Pillows are hard and seem old. Old mattresses that sag and squeak. Hot shower, large bathroom. A/C works well, TV Breakfast is pastries, sliced bread, sliced cheese and ham, dry sweetened cereal, coffee, tea, sweetened juice. No eggs, no bacon, no toast. Hotel is located 10 mins by taxi to Sorrento. Access to enter hotel is by sloped driveway and then about 10 steps down to lobby. Then there is an elevator to reach rooms.

Hotel in a strategic position to visit the Amalfi Coast and the *****ola of Sorrento, attached to Pompeii to see the excavations, very close to Naples and Salerno. Excellent view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius, spacious room, excellent staff and services, excellent cuisine, very nice and well-kept garden that looks just like a park. A heartfelt thanks to the very kind and helpful owners who work with great passion, an ideal place for a holiday in the area.

Rooms were quite old fashioned but clean. Lovely balcony and nice view to the mountains. Breakfasts were quite small but dinners were fantastic and varied every evening. We were there 7 nights with our finnish group.

L’hôtel est très vieillot et très mal insonorisé. Ce dernier mériterait d’être entièrement rénové. Cote restauration, les serveurs ne sont pas agréables et la nourriture n’est pas exceptionnelle. Seuls points positifs de cet hôtel: sa proximité avec Naples et Pompéi, ainsi que le wifi.
