The overall environment and facilities are good, and the reception at the front desk is also very warm, but it is really noisy. Someone held a wedding in the hotel that night. Le animatrici sono pessime, costringono i bambini sono costretti a giocare e non anno libertà. Poi i piatti non erano molto convincenti e gli animatrici non danno possibilità ai bambini di sedersi sulle panchine. Sono molto deluso. Ciao!

Ci siamo sposati il 24 Novembre 2023, è stato tutto eccezionale, tutti gli invitati sono rimasti senza parole per tutto il ricevimento. Ringraziamo di vero cuore a tutta la struttura e tutto lo staff, ci hanno fatto sentire dal primo momento a casa, coccolati, sopportati e supportati in ogni pensiero, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli: la precisione nel servire i piatti senza allergeni(i celiaci presenti hanno riferito che non hanno mai mangiato cosi bene), la precisione degli allestimenti, la gentilezza con cui siamo stati trattati, la SPA da sogno fatta il giorno dopo, anche lí pulizia e professionalità, nel seguirci in tutti i passaggi. Vi ringrazieremo per sempre per aver reso così perfetto il giorno più importante della nostra vita.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa le Zagare per 4 giorni. Edificio un po' datato e retrò a Gragnano, leggermente fuori il centro città. Camere pulite e comode ma servirebbe una forte insonorizzazione, perché si sente tutto e non si dorme. Letto non comodissimo e posto water un po' stretto. Colazione non ci siamo; cornetti burrosi e torte non da 4 stelle. Personale gentile e disponibile. Bel giardino esterno.

Semplicemente eccezionale.
Struttura meravigliosa con una pulizia meticolosa tanto che tutti gli ambienti profumavano di pulito . Giardino piscina e terrazze perfette…
Colazione abbondante e molto vario in una elegante sala confortevole.

Hotel molto bello, anche se le stanze hanno arredi datati sono pulitissime, ampie e dotate di vari comfort. Idem i bagni: capienti e puliti. La nostra camera aveva un terrazzo immenso con di fronte il Vesuvio. Bellissimo il giardino, l atrio e le varie sale curate e luminosissime. Colazione ricca . Gli stuzzichini del frigobar ( a pagamento) erano pero’ stantii, il personale potrebbe “ sorridere” di piu’. Comunque ottimo hotel.
