O quarto onde ficamos é bem legal pois tem uma sala numa sacada. A cama é enorme, o chuveiro tem boa vazão, os travesseiros infelizmente não são confortáveis. O hotel é antigo, precisa de algumas reformas porém e muito bonito. Proximo a Borges. Precisa melhorar o atendimento.

Great boutique hotel, very cozy and close to restaurants and stores. Employees are nice and helpful. It is not a luxury hotel but very clean. It makes you feel like you are out in the mountains of Northern Europe. Definitely recommend.

Pontos positivos: estacionamento no local, café da manhã variado e amplo horário de atendimento (7h-10h) e localização próxima as principais atividades. Pontos negativos: quarto sem conforto, sem aparador para malas, ar condicionado barulhento, staff não era atencioso, tivemos que subir dois andares com malas pela escada e limpeza do quarto foi fraca, tivemos que pedir para limpar.

Pousada fica muito próxima ao centro de gramado, sendo possível ir a pé. Funcionários que tive contato (da recepção e da cozinha) muito cordiais, simpáticos e nos ajudou em relação aos pontos turísticos. Pousada toda de madeira, possui sala de tv, espaço com lareira (para os dias mais frios) na nossa visita estava ligada ! O único ponto negativo foi o colchão que não era tão confortável e quando um se mexia o outro sentia, mas isso não invalidou a nossa experiência gratificante com o local !

Pousada bem localizada,quartos amplos ,banho ótimo,sono e bom café da manhã.O porém vai para a limpeza dos quartos em geral,e serem a maioria dos quartos acessados por escadas,sendo não haver qualquer indicação disso quando fazemos a reserva.Falo da minha experiência,fiz minha reserva pela Decolar,mas pude ver que não há em outros sites de reservas,como booking.Meu marido tem problemas de coluna,precisei mudar de quarto,saindo do quarto andar para o térreo no segundo dia,podendo assim ver que a limpeza do segundo ainda deixava ainda mais a desejar.
