Infelizmente a piscina interna estava fria e as hidromassagem também, o funcionário disse que iria chamar o rapaz da manutenção mas não deu em nada, deu impressão que já sabiam que estava com problema , dois dias na mesma situação, fiquei bem decepcionada , porque só escolhi o hotel pelas hidro e pela piscina interna.
Pela avaliação do hotel , achei que deixou muito a desejar .

Nuestros días alojados en el Hotel Recanto da Serra han sido agradables. Lugar limpio, acogedor, entorno confortable, desayuno con tantas opciones y buena comida, que la gente no sabe ni por dónde empezar a comer... La ubicación es excelente, hotel en el centro de Gramado, absolutamente todo. Te permite visitar muchos atractivos turísticos a pie, lo que lo hace mucho más fácil. El equipo de servicio fue muy bueno, especialmente el recepcionista Thiago que nos ayudó mucho, con instrucciones, orientación y nuestros tours, muy amable y atento. Excelente lugar para familias, piscinas, gimnasio y muy buen salón de juegos, zona verde muy agradable. Un abrazo muy especial Thiago, gracias por cuidar de nuestra familia. eres gigante!!!

Hotel excelente, bem localizado e com bastante área verde. Fizemos uma viagem em casal e gostamos bastante. Um destaque para o atendimento do recepcionista Matheus, sempre muito simpático, nos passou informações sobre o hotel e cidade e sempre bem disposto a ajudar, isso faz total diferença. Hotel incrível, atendimento exemplar (destaque para o Elvis), quartos e cama maravilhosos, estrutura: piscina, academia, sauna, tudo funcionando direitinho (já fomos em vários hotéis em que sempre alguma coisa não estava 100% funcionando) inúmeros locais para fotos, família com crianças também não terão do que reclamar, há vários locais para os pequenos. Se há alguma coisa a observar, é que as regras do hotel quanto a toalhas era: toalhas no chão, serão trocadas; toalhas penduradas, serão mantidas - para minimizar os impactos energéticos e ambientais, mas, todos os dias trocavam todas as toalhas. Como também somos muito ligados a esse aspecto ambiental, ficamos um pouco chateados nesse sentido. Em nossa saída, comentamos com o Elvis e eu disse que iria informar na recepção, infelizmente o recepcionista fez pouco caso do assunto, além disso, não havia nenhum formulário de avaliação junto ao balcão de check-out. Apesar disso, é certo que voltaremos a nos hospedar lá.
